Jose of JA Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our home. He had a very competitive price, had a very professional crew with him and he completed the job in a timely manner. When asked, he helped us make some good decisions on the exact colors to use. When they finished our house looked great, all of the foliage near our house was left in great shape, they cleaned up all debris and there were no last minute add on charges. In a nutshell, JA Painting was fast, clean and efficient! Jose definitely deserves an "A"!

I'm frustrated! My original note to Jose was very clear that I'm seeking a paint job for the hand rail of my deck. I reiterated that with him via email where we negotiated a time for him to come out and look at the deck. I then repeated the scope of work after he arrived as we walked together to the back of the house. He then looks around, walks around the house (which seemed weird...), then tries to give me a quote for repainting the ENTIRE HOUSE. When I repeated that I was only looking for a quote for the hand rail of the deck, he acted confused and made comments that suggested I was somehow unclear (though again, my original note, follow-up email, and conversation from 2 minutes before were VERY clear and consistent). He then told me that he wouldn't do a job that small and left. I don't wish to be disparaging or disrespectful, but when I take pains to be that clear and consistent and he still misunderstands? Well, I don't know what else to say than that he'd be impossible to communicate any level of nuance with; he can't even seem to get the basic facts straight.

They were fantastic! From now on I will only use them for any painting job.
