+ -1 moreI thought I needed a new outdoor faucet because the handle on the old one had broken off. Because the faucet was so old, newer handles didn't match the threads of the old one. Rather than replace the faucet, Jerry took the handle off another one that wasn't being used. Problem solved! And best of all, he didn't charge me for this simple fix. He's reliable and trustworthy. I'll choose him first for my plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreIt was Jan that came out and he was very helpful, personable and efficient. We had to wait for a little bit because the installation was not finished and he had to com back and finish it.
Description of Work: We used J &J Plumbing Inc. in the fall to do the installation.

+ -1 moreDRAIN OVERFLOW FILTER HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE WE MOVED INTO THE HOUSE. THE BUILDER HAD MADE SEVERAL EFFORTS TO FIX IT BUT NEVER COULD GET IT PERMANENTLY FIXED. I CALLED JJ PLUMBING AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT QUICKLY AND EASILY AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT SINCE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER FRIENDS IN NEED OF PLUMBING WORK.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME AND FIX THE DRAIN OVERFLOW FILTER ON OUR KITCHEN SINK.
