Representatives were very professional, but it took more than a week just to get the estimate and had 3-4 week backlog before they could do the job after that. Jorve was much more expensive that other companies. We considered them because acquaintances had been very pleased their work on their house in Green Lake.

They were excellent. Cleaned up everything afterward, like they weren't even here. It was a joy working with them. Very good about explaining everything, talking over everything on what to expect, etc.

The salesman came promptly and was well-prepared. He presented his estimate and indicated there would be a 10% discount if we signed immediately. We were able to wait 24 hours but still felt some pressure. We were told they would start in 6 weeks but the date was not firm. We had a vacation scheduled in 8 weeks and left messages but calls about scheduling were not returned. Then I got a call on my cell while on vacation that the crew was at the house! We rescheduled and the work began the day after our return. The work was fast, and the underlying problems were solved creatively. The foreman Nick communicated his plans clearly and listened to our input. He worked hard and was efficient. The jobsite was left neatly at night and the uncovered roof was secured by plywood and plastic against any rain. No radio playing. The cleanup was thorough - outside - but much debris was left in the attic. We learned that if you refer someone, you get a kickback of 2% of the contract.

Our company called for a roofing estimate for a new re-roofing job. The tenant confirmed they showed up and went on the roof. He also gave us their business card, that Thompson left with him. Two months elapsed and we never heard from them, never received a bid, never received a call. We called their office to ask if we were ever going to receive a bid, and the woman who answered just said, "All I can do is leave a message." I would never use a company that is so indifferent to business. It was a good size roof, and we are an established 40 year old rental company. Were very serious about a new roof. The company who actually did give us a bid got that roof job, and now they are putting on another one.

Work was scheduled and accomplished promptly and professionally by an experienced tile man. I'm well satisfied with the work. Price was one-third less than competitors bid.

My conclusion: I don't think Jorve is very interested in doing re-roofing, and prefers new home roofing without the burden of existing roof removal. The very high price proposed ($17,195 for 40-year shingles after tax) leads me to this conclusion.

THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE ON TIME. IT WAS WELL WITHIN THE PRICE RANGE, WE WERE LOOKING TO SPEND.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR CALL AND VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR INVESTIGATION OF WHAT CAUSED THE LEAK. THEY SEEMED VERY FOCUSED ON MAKING SURE WE HAD A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
