This is the kind of company you want to have in your arsenal. They are amazing. Zack and Robert are honest guys doing a good day's work. They have integrity and they do what is best for the customer. They charge a fair price and they do an excellent job. I had called PSE last year to inspect my furnace because it was making a funny noise. They came out and said that it was my blower motor going out. I called a HVAC company that charged me $355 to come out for a diagnostic. They said nothing was wrong. My furnace worked for about 3 months and then it died. They wanted another $355 to do another diagnostic and would not put that charge against any work they'd do. Robert and Zack charge ALOT less and they put the diagnostic charge against the cost of the work. Use these guys. You'll save yourself alot of money and frustrations.

When our furnace fan stopped working recently, we reached out to several contractors to diagnose the problem. Robert and Zach responded almost immediately, and it became clear that we needed a new furnace. We were very pleased at how quickly they were able to get a new furnace installed - within just a couple of days. Not only that, but they went above and beyond by securing the furnace and ducts to the walls or ceiling, and taping all duct joints, as that had never been done by previous contractors. We can't say enough about how professional and courteous this company is. We highly recommend them for any heating work someone might need.
