Description of Work: They vacuumed out the furnace, replaced the filter, installed a new carbon monoxide detector and explained what might need attention in the near future. He also added a couple of screws to hopefully stop some of the vibration in the furnace.

Description of Work: They came over to do a check up on our AC unit per the Angies List deal. There was a mix up and they sent someone over to do a furnace checkup instead which I did not need since I had it done weeks before. That employee could not service the furnace at all as he did not have that expertise. I then talked to the owner who then found a convenient time to send over their AC expert and also to do a diagnosis on the AC (not just a check up but he honored the deal) and the technician was a total pro who got our AC humming perfectly especially after figuring out the prior owner did some wonky wiring on the unit. I would highly recommend them for their honest and value driven service. I will be using them to service my AC year and probably my furnace

Description of Work: My pilot light kept going out so I called the company that originally installed the furnace and for only $189.00 they would be right out, no thanks and came to Angies List! Found the tune up and maintainance big deal and purchased for $79.00, received phone call the same day scheduled appointment next day. Service tech came out on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
