Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List, was told they would contact me. I never received contact, as time passed, I was asked by Angie's List regarding my experience. I explained what happened & how I have not been contacted. | |I received no reply from Angie's List. I replied again to the email later on, asking for a refund since I paid up front and received absolutely nothing in return. Again, I received no response from Angie's List. | |Terrible experience, in the process of trying to cancel my contract. I think I will have better luck on Yelp or Google. | |

Description of Work: Green City had a special for installing a 3ton AC unit. When they came to provide a quote they recommended going up to a 4ton unit which we agreed to. About a week later they can to install the unit. The instal took a day and went smoothly. It is wonderful to turn the AC on for those hot days. We had to call them back in to fix a minor water leak. We are very happy and will use them again and also recommend them.

Description of Work: I started with a special deal on Angies List for an AC tune-up, and added an additional service when the tech was at my house. Communication from the company was prompt and complete. The service was on time, comprehensive and complete.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and installed new A/C. | |Estimate process was very professional. Jeff told me exactly what needed to be done and how much effort it would take. | |Agreed upon date of install, showed up on the date at the agreed upon time. Install had no issues. I think it helped that my line-sets and electrical was already setup so that reduced the amount of time for the install and reduced the cost. Installers were professional, explained what they would be doing and were able to install in the existing "smallish" closet without damaging anything in the closet. | |Thanks Green City for keeping me cool for the rest of this hot summer and future hot summers!

Description of Work: Repaired furnace. Unclear to what the problem was but they were able to solve it!

Description of Work: They came out and inspected my furnace and were able to help me with all of the options available to me.

Description of Work: They came out for a furnace tune-up since we purchased a deal from them. The technician that came out determined that we needed to replace our furnace, but told us in a manner that seemed more of an emergency than it ended up being. We got a second opinion and were told that it was not the case and that he was probably trying to upcharge us and get us to purchase a new furnace from them when it wasn't necessary.

Description of Work: installed AC Unit, Installed Pipping in garage. They had to come back a second time to finish. They were missing a piece. So it took two visit.

Description of Work: Ran natural gas piping for kitchen stove and dryer. Installed natural gas fireplace insert and earthquake shut off valve. Happy with all the work performed, could have cleaned up a little better.
