Description of Work: We purchased a big deal for a furnance tuneup, After the technician's inspection it was evident that the furnace needed several repairs. We decided that a new furnace would be the better option. The entire process was completed with professionalism by the technician, Larry, and the installlers Alex and Matt. We were completely satisfied with service.

Description of Work: Installed an A/C unit and replaced an aging furnace. Initially we were not getting good cooling power from the A/C unit, and had air leaks around the unit. The air leaks were obvious when I was standing next to the unit, I was disappointed that the crew proclaimed the job done without checking for leaks. And the insufficient cooling power was due to an undersized unit. But the company was very good about following up on the work - came out to fix the air leaks right away. They also determined that the initially installed unit was too small and replaced it with a more powerful unit without any hassle. So in the end I have A/C that I am happy with, for a good price. |

Description of Work: Girlfriend was EXTREMELY worried that our kids would not wake up due to carbon monoxide poisoning and insisted that we have the furnace serviced. Angie's List once again came through RIGHT ON TIME with this great deal. I don't recall the gentleman's name but he was extremely friendly, prompt, and did exactly what we needed. He also gave us some tips about possible replacement in the future, GREAT service!

Description of Work: Furnace maintenance and filter replacement. They did miss the originally scheduled appointment due to a prior call running long; however they communicated very well about the situation and apologized. Technician found a leak from a hose in the furnace that was rusting out a plate and fixed it. Tech seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.
