Description of Work: There was a problem. The coupon I bought did not go toward the service because the service on the coupon was not appropriate for what I needed. The service man suggested I ask for a refund because the coupon was misleading.

Description of Work: The cleaned and serviced 2 gas heaters and one gas hot water radiant furnace AND checked all of the gas water heaters as an extra service! They were great. I referred them to a friend for a gas furnace replacement which they ended up doing. And, that friend, referred them to a family member who needed a furnace and they got that job as well!

Description of Work: I called on Friday and they accommodated me today (the very next business day). On top of that, the service technician, Bud, called to ask if he could come early. That never happens! In fact, he was done with the service call before it was originally even supposed to occur. Bud was friendly, efficient and I would gladly have him out for service in the future. I will say, however, he was quick to suggest a furnace replacement - when, upon further inspection, it turned out to be a severely clogged pea trap; he promptly cleaned it out and that did the trick and he had the furnace working again. I appreciated his honesty when he discovered that and it ended up just being a charge for a service call since no parts were needed. Thanks, Bud.
