Description of Work: My appointment was set for 8 a.m., but no one was here at 8:15, so I called Green City. The receptionist was perfectly polite, and let me know the driver was stuck in traffic. The driver called at 8:30 to let me know the same, and gave me an ETA of 9-ish. He showed up at 9:15, which was fine, since I'd planned to be around the house anyway for the morning. He was very personable and pleasant, and seemed pretty knowledgeable about my furnace and it's needs, which were minimal. As such, the work didn't take too long. He finished up within about half an hour or so, and was on his way. Green City might improve in one area: giving an ETA or a window in which they plan to arrive (at the time the appointment is scheduled), so that customers on a tighter schedule don't get miffed. Great experience otherwise, though. Will definitely use again!
