Description of Work: Checked condition of my gas furnace and cleaned the unit. They showed up promptly, did the work efficiently. Even though my furnace is 20 years old and statistically in range for replacement, I did not get a hard sell for a new unit.

Description of Work: The furnace was checked. No work was done because a crack was found in the heat exchanger and the furnace needs to be replaced. We double checked with a rep from Puget Sound Energy and we were told the very same thing.

Description of Work: They diagnosed that our furnace was not cost effective to repair. They ended up scheduling a replacement and talked us through our options. They arrived when they said they would and it cost what they said it would cost. I do wish I had been explained better how the pipes were going to look as I would have wanted it done differently. I would however use them again.
