They came out on a Saturday morning cleaned and serviced the furnace. I told them that we were noticing an occasional gas smell. They conducted a test on a valve in the gas line and found a leak. They returned first thing Monday morning and repaired the leak. They also went under the house and checked the heat ducts to make sure they were all intact. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and I thought the cost was reasonable. I will call them again the next time I need to have my furnace serviced.

I purchased a Big Deal and found it to be an excellent way to save money. At the same time a company can be evalueated for future service. This is a rental house and the appointment was made while I was out of state. I was at the house hen the time came to have the cleaning/service preformed everything went very smoothly. The gentleman was on time very personable and explained what he was doing and why. I will be using Green City Heating for all of my future needs.

We were very pleased. We have needed our furnace inspected and cleaned for many years. We bought Green City's deal after reading reviews of the company. They responded very quickly and gave us 3 initial options of available times. We were given a 2 hour window and were told the serviceman would call on his way to our house. Bud arrived, got right to work and seemed to do a very thorough job. Suggested duct cleaning and provided a referral. He also made suggestions about routine maintenance, but did not try to sell us any "add-ons" which we appreciated. We will definitely use this company for further maintenance, and although I hope we do not have any need, for any service that is required. We will call them in the spring for A/C inspection and cleaning.

Very well. The technician took the time to explain how I was not cleaning the filters properly, provided a courtesy inspection of my gas water heater and basement hydronic heating system, answered my questions about possibly adding a heat pump. The technician was very friendly and professional

We remodeled our basement this summer in the process we needed our older boiler relocated and replaced for our new family room . I called Green City and spoke to Jeff. He came out the next day and gave me a bid on a furnace and air conditioning unit. I was pleased with the bid and Jeff took plenty of time to explain everything to me. The following week the installers came out and installed all the equipment and explained how to set the temp. This was a great experience! Everyone was very nice, clean and on time!! I appreciated the time they spent to explain to me the new system and everything is working perfectly!!! I would highly recommend Green City to anyone that needs heating or cooling equipment!
