Tim showed up on time and did a fabulous job in checking out my furnace. He cleaned it and got rid of years of dust that had built up. He also mounted a Carbon dioxide alarm. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner and clearly has expertise in heating and cooling. I will definitely call him if and when I need further service.

Very friendly knowledgeable tech, cleaned furnace and got my electronic filter working (another company had said it was not working any longer), got my garage heater working (I need to turn it on once in a while to maintain working order); price was good, I purchased 2 specials, one for furnace, one for heater (wasn't sure how serious issue with heater might be), so it was a little expensive for work performed but worth it to get both units checked out and working properly. Will use again for any issues or tune ups.

Tim was the technician who came to my home to do the service, he called me before my appointment window and gave me a more accurate time than the two hour window I was originally told. He was on time and very polite. Upon inspecting both my furnace and water heater, it turns out that both need to be replaced for safety reasons. He walked me through what was wrong with each piece of equipment and showed me what the problems were and why it was unsafe to continue to use them. I will be having Green City replacing both my water heater and furnace in the next few weeks.

Everything went smoothly. They were responsive, accommodating, and friendly.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal $99.00 furnace tune-up. The job went very well. Larry arrived promptly and proceeded to do the furnace tune-up. He told me that the furnace was performing well, but might need replacing in a few years, as it was getting pretty old. He also cleaned, removed and showed me a furnace part (I have no idea what it is called, but it looks like a very long 3-pronged fork with holes where the furnace flames emerge) , and said it was OK, but he wanted me to know, in the future, if anyone told me it needed replacing because of cracks, I should be sure to have them show me this part and the cracks, to be sure that it really needed replacing. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in mentioning this. Since my current furnace filter was in good shape and did not need replacing at this time, instead of replacing it unnecessarily he left me a new filter for future use. Altogether, he did a very good, thoughtful and professional job, and I was quite pleased with the entire experience.

At the first appointment they sent a gas repairman to my home, who was not trained for oil furnace tune-ups. They said the coupon was only for gas. I showed him my receipt and they honored it as the add did not say gas only. They sent their oil repairman out one week later to tune it up. He was very respectful and apologized for the miscommunication. I was happy with his work.

The person who came out to service our furnace was punctual, professional, and very helpful. I'd use this company again. The deal seemed a fair price for the service. Pretty straightforward good experience.

Tech was extremely nice and very professional. Showed me on his camera where the rusting was and gave a suggestion (and ballpark estimate) to replace the furnace in the next year. He even showed me how to take the blower off and clean it (wasn't included in the deal, which was totally fine with me). Bottom line, I would definitely not hesitate to call them again for any future HVAC needs. Their pricing and professionalism is among the best I've seen.

Larry arrived on time. He serviced my gas furnace to be readied for this coming winter. As my furnace is approaching the 11 years mark, I asked Larry for his opinion if the furnace would last for another year. Larry was (I think) careful and did a good job in servicing the furnace and cleaned up after that. I am very happy!

That went good. They were careful in doing their job. They left their information so that I can contact them in case there will be a problem. They also gave a window frame for the appointment. I was satisfied with their service. I can recommend the good work that they do.

It went real well. The technician was on time, very efficient and pleasant.

He came out to my house and informed me that I may need another furnace because it is leaking Carbon Monoxide. This scared me and my family because it leaves the impression that we cant live in our home, and this means we have to pay them $2200 dollars to replace the furnace which is extremely high and we also have a carbon monoxide alert system that has never went off so I feel like this is and scam. After they told me this they just walked out which was very unprofessional because they refuse to do any work and just demand that I pay them to replace it. I have tried calling the provider since then and still haven't got an response.

Technician showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and showed me on camera what to look for inside furnace and water heater. Air conditioner inspection went well and there were no issues.

We got quotes from a couple heating companies to install a ductless heat pump. Green City offered the lowest price for the best equipment with the longest warranty, so we went with them. They were forced to reschedule the install because of another job running long. This was a bit inconvenient, but once Bud showed up and got to work, the experience was very positive and we are very pleased with the results. He was extremely patient and thorough in his explanation of the procedure and in answering our questions. Any time an issue or decision came up, he would run it by us to make sure we understood and would be happy with the results. This attention to detail and willingness to listen to our concerns resulted in an end-product that is much less intrusive than we initially feared. After the install, Green City was very prompt in helping with our paperwork to apply for a utility rebate, which should further reduce their already reasonable rate. We are thrilled with the performance of the heat pump and would recommend this company without hesitation.

I need a new furnace, so I didn't need the deal.

Great, from the call to schedule the NEXT day appointment to the service they were amazing. Helpful. friendly, and trustworthy. They are my go-to now!

very very well he arrived at the time he was due he had all the tools and items needed there was no doubt he knew what he was doing made sure all was well before he left when I asked said they could work on all makes . So if I need any repair or maint. I will call them

Larry arrived right on time and went right to work. He was very thorough and performed all the tasks included in the deal. In addition he explained a potential part issue and explained what kind of symptoms that might occur when the part starts to fail. No pressure to replace the part now, or to buy a new furnace. He explained what the cost of the part in question would be, and in detail, what types of furnaces are available and the price range they would fall into. Great service. If and when it comes time for a new furnace I will be calling Green City.

The technician was exactly on time. He was fast efficient and very knowledgeable. I believe his name was Tim. I will definitely return to this company for future business.

Tech was on time and did a great job

I purchased the furnace cleaning and inspection deal for $99 that comes with a free carbon monoxide detector. The guy did a inspection of the heat exchanger, found that it was in pretty bad shape and recommended that I replace the aging furnace. When he finished servicing the furnace he installed the carbon monoxide detector - but it turned out to be defective. So he said that he or his boss will swing by with one that works.

Bought their $79 furnace cleaning deal. Scheduling was quick, they came out and got the work done. Simple and easy, no complains. Will sure use them again.

Service was great, came on time and was willing to show me the proper way of taking care of my furnace. Great service all way around and would use their service again.

It all went very well. Tim easily spent over an hour inspecting and cleaning furnace. Tim also gave me some advice on filter options.
