Great! Technician was punctual and gave me a 30-minute heads-up before he arrived. He was courteous and professional. Absolutely no upsell attempt whatsoever....and that's huge in my book. Highest recommendation.

It was easy to set up the appointment and the service technician was prompt, neat, and polite. They were great in that respect. However, I thought I was purchasing an annual service of the furnace, i.e., burners/fans inspected and cleaned, inspection for any potential problems (it's an older furnace), etc. For that $79 would be a good price. However, all be it by a compressor--powered one, all they did was vacuum the air vents. Period. I do that myself on a regular basis. Just not with a compressor-powered vacuum. I'll go with a more thorough and, no doubt, more expensive route next time.

I sought six competitive bids for replacing my 27-year-old gas furnace and water heater. Because the bidders offered different types and quality of equipment, it was not a matter of just selecting a bidder based on price. I selected Green City Heating and Air Conditioning because the company has excellent reviews from previous customers; their proposal was very competitive in price; they were offering equipment that best suited my needs; and they were available to do the work right away. Installation was done on time and professionally. I could not ask for better installation. They cleaned up the work area completely before they left, and took away the old furnace and water heater. They tested operation of the new equipment before leaving. The proposals I sought originally were for replacing my old furnace with another mid-efficiency 80% gas furnace. Instead, I stepped up to get more efficient equipment that should pay itself off in the long run. I was not pressured in the least by this company to purchase equipment I did not need or want. It was a pleasure working with them.

Excellent service! Tim was very thorough and explained everything he'd done. He cleaned all the dust & gunk out and replaced the filter. I had replaced a moisture pump about a week before, but hadn't hooked up a couple of wires. Tim was kind enough to do it for me.

He seemed competent for furnace inspection but then it isn't that hard of a job so I wouldn't know whether to recommend him for a serious job. They were on time.

They did a good job. Everything went well. The price was great. Everything was great.

Prior to the start of work and before gas was connected to the house, the bid was less than all the other companies. The gas company installed the meter in a location different than anticipated which caused Green City to spend a lot more money on piping and labor than originally bid. They did not charge me extra for the needed piping and labor. Make sure you have a clear understanding of what the piping will look like. We were initially disappointed with the cosmetic appearance of all the duct work and piping in the garage but have grown to accept it.

Everything went very well, they were prompt, courteous and professional and I would use them again.

Excellent. He spent several hours cleaning our furnance, and hypo-allergenic dust filter. It was very dirty when he started, but he did not complain and did a fantastic job.

Tim arrived a few minutes early (but called first to let me know) to clean and tune up our furnace. He was polite and very thorough. I felt he went above and beyond even spending just a moment to help fix the door to the furnace room. He advised me on the state of the unit but didn't give me pressure to replace it. I would highly recommend Green City and will use them in the future. Ask for Tim, he was really knowledgeable and was great to work with.

It was great! I am really happy with this deal. 2 guys come on time and know what they were doing. They were fast too. They installed a new outlet for my dehumidifier and then they said I still have some credit left! =D So the rest credit left was for changing the timer switch and changing the 3 light bulbs for the front door. They gave me the estimate for new panel. I am thinking to change it. Again, awesome deal!

Great. He was very late and did not arrive until 7 when the appointment was at 3 but the service was exceptional. He took his time and completed the job. I would definitely use them again and will next year when I need to service my furnace.

He showed up on time and vacuumed the area which was very dusty and did a thorough inspection. He warned us the heat exchanger was getting corroded and replaced the filter. He was very helpful and informative

I purchased a Big Deal with them for a furnace inspection, but when they came out they found that I had a converted furnace (from electric to gas), and they are not able to work on conversion furnaces. They were very professional, and I had no problems with them.

Probably the best $79 I have spent in a long time. I had some issues with furnace earlier in the month and was told by another furnace company that my furnace needed to be replaced without giving me any clear evidence or reason for doing so. Tim from Green City fully inspected and cleaned my furnace and explained what he was checking and why. He left me with a cleaned and tuned-up furnace, a much better understanding of how it operates and very positive impression of Green City Heating and Air conditioning.

Service provider Larry surprised me by coming well-ahead of the appointed time, but he had called ahead and I had not answered. Other than that surprise, everything went very well and as expected. Larry took time to explain what he was doing, and answered my many questions about what he was looking for and about furnaces more generally. I found him personable, helpful, and very clean, which I appreciated. I'd gladly recommend him and his company.
