Great. We did not need any repairs (thankfully), but the serviceman spent some time going over the furnace with me to show me some areas to look out for in the future.

The company was quick to respond and also made an appointment that fit my schedule. Courteous fellow service the furnace. I was not there so he called to give me the details and that all was well. I will certainly use them again!

The guys came out and looked over the job - since it was a little tricky in getting the gas lines to the two fireplaces (located in the center of the house v. on an outside wall), we had discussions about potential paths to the fireplaces (through the ceiling, exposed pipes or not, under the stairwell, etc.). After having a couple discussions, we chose a path that was both easy and aesthetic. We looked at couple options for the hardware - we went with RealFyre via RH Peterson Co. Once we decided on the equip., it took about two weeks for the items to arrive Company promptly contacted us and arranged date and time. Installers were very courteous and professional and clearly knew what they were talking about (especially Bud). We love our new fireplaces! Also, want to point out that we had bids from various other providers, but they all flaked out. They gave us high bids and never did any follow up. Green City called us back and the bid was reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of a gas conversion of their fireplace.

It was a good experience. They were on time, they finished their work quickly, and provided a guarantee.

It was great! They were very efficient at what they were doing. The owner was always right on the job and I was very satisfied for what they did. They gave me such a good price. The original job was just for the furnace and they quoted a great price for the water heater and it was reasonable. I gave them the OK to go ahead and complete the work.

Checked our gas furnace, and found a p-trap that needed to be replaced. Ordered a new one and gave us a quote of $300 including labor.. About 10 days later while the faulty part was still functioning, the same tech returned to install the new one,with a final cost below the estimate. .

The technician was professional and efficient. He gave me the information about the cost for the replacement part and for a replacement furnace. I would use them again if their prices compare favorably with other highly-rated shops.

.Cleaned furnace and installed new Carbon Monoxide Detector. Very helpfull and explained what he did and said furnace was i good shape. I would definitely have this company again.

The original cost for the water tank replacement was $699 - prepaid through Angie's List. The final cost was $955.93 that included sales tax, a drain pan for the water heater, furnace service, and replacing a damaged condenser on the furnace that I had known was broken and had not gotten around to having fixed. Rodney and his associate alerted me that the company that had installed my relatively new gas furnace had neglected to seal the plastic pipe segments properly for the exhaust vent. Fortunately I had not experienced carbon monoxide problems because the furnace is well away from my living areas. The furnace is close to being out of warranty so I will have the original company come out to make this right. I especially appreciate the care in letting me know about a potentially dangerous situation.

.Chose Green City after online research and meeting with Jeff Simonson (owner). Jeff did a good job at explaining our furnace options and his installation and after sales support process. Also, Green City Heating was very price competitive (got three bids). We selected Green City and the 95% efficiency Lennox furnace. The initial installation was not as efficient or professional as we expected. We called Jeff and he came right out to resolve our issues. Within two days he sent out his best installer, Steve. Steve revised the exhaust piping, cleaned up the venting and now the furnace runs quieter and less often. Jeff followed up to ensure our satisfaction, again apologized and committed to provide 2 years of free service. Green City clearly is a professional and responsive heating contractor and we will recommend them to all.

The technician called to say he would be an hour or so late. He ended up about 3 hours late and did not start the job until about 7 PM. The tech provided no service checklist whatsoever saying they dont do that? Every other furnace inspection/cleaning came with a signed and dated and thourough checklist. Bush league.

Our experience was fine. They were great. They came on time and everything. They stayed within the $79 Big Deal purchase price exactly as they said.

Based on a previous experience I had with Green City, when I discovered a leaking water heater on Christmas Eve, I reached out to Green City. Within minutes, Jeff was returning my call. First, he provided the confidence the leak was manageable and then immediately started his search for a replacement that met our specific requirements. As agreed, on Saturday, the Green City fan pulled up and within a couple of hours, we were taking advantage of a new and more reliable water heater.

I was impressed with: (1) the quickness to respond to my inquires, (2) the education Jeff provided when we talked, (3) the fact that, although the location was on Whidbey Island, Jeff , by his own choice, made two site visits to ensure the planned solution would achieve our objectives - washer, two showers and dishwasher running simultaneously. The previous boiler, supposedly an industry best, had issues from the onset. The system Green City put in has been phenomena and Jeff & team have always been available if I've had a question. To date, we've had no issues, heating has been very dependable, hot water has been unlimited and the operating costs appear to be lower. Green City personal have outperformed the previous boiler manufacture, installer, local reps and another reputable plumber engaged prior to Jeff and his team being engaged.

Our heater stopped working over the long weekend. I called first thing on Monday, and they were in the office and sent someone out almost immediately. He located the problem, an internal short that had caused an internal fuse to blow. He fixed the short, replaced the fuse and everything works fine now. I first used this company for an Angie's List special tune-up, and was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Definitely recommend.

The service was fine. They did what we needed them to do.

It went great. He had a job go a little long early in the day but was sure to call and let me know he would be a little delayed. I was very pleased with his work and appreciated the way he answered my questions in order to help me understand what he was doing and how the furnace operates.

uysI was given options and good info on a new furnace from Larry, the original inspector. Green City didn't have the model I wanted in stock so they went to the manufacturer's warehouse and I had a new furnace installed that very day. Bud, 30 yrs. experience, and Tyler had a tough job as the furnace is in an awkward place. They did an excellent job--were always aware of keeping their workplace clean and vacuumed and protecting my home. I am thrilled with my new Lenox furnace. Larry came back the next day and installed the upgraded thermostat I wanted and also the carb.mon. detector. I was called in advance of their time of arrival and updated when they were 20 or 30 min. away. Excellent job--thanks so much, guys.

Representative claimed that they a) could not put a 50 gallon tank in, b)the tank they could put in is smaller and higher priced, c) when it was all said and done, it would cost close to $1300 for a new water heater - the same price other companies have quoted. We are getting a second opinion on the code violations the rep found, and whether or not a 50 gallon really could be put in or not according to the reasons he gave us.

Amazing service... Fixed some leaks in the intake that no one else has ever noticed at no extra fee. Very informative
