Aaron was great! He was very friendly and professional, and taught me about my A/C unit and how to keep it working well. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and providing basic information about my A/C unit. He also checked the furnace, gave it a bit of oil, and was very honest in telling me I did not need a furnace tune up. I would definitely call them again.

Overall they did a good job with one exception. I discovered later on that my air filter was too small for my unit. I wonder if the guy even looked at the filter.

Service was very good. The technician was on time and completed everything quickly. He gave recommendations on things we should think about and did not come off as trying to "up-sell". We used an Angies Local Deals coupon to get a discount, and I would recommend Green City to friends/family. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

Larry the sales rep came out to provide the estimate for installing gas line, and he's nothing but nice and helpful. I like the fact that he provided me options to fulfil my needs. I scheduled to have the installation performed 1 week later, and the installation crew are professional and respectful --- always willing to help and explain. The inspector has since approved their work. I do intend to have them back for further work.

Service person was providing details of what he is doing and looking in the tune up. He was answering all the questions and giving enough time to understand the situation. I would definitely use their service again and recommend others.

Sales and workmen were very punctual and professional. Green City provided a very competitive bid and listened to what would ultimately make me very happy and satisfied. Rodney (sales) was very patient with my questions and was very no-pressure in his sales. The workmen & installation crew were right on time! They were all professional and happily (without any complaints) corrected a very minor issue (one head was appearing to be crooked) at the end of the day. Installation crew adjusted the equipment that was originally ordered to better suit the wall space. They cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure to keep all doors shut (nice for a house with pets- no doors were propped open.). I really appreciate that they even registered the equipment on my behalf for the extended warranty!! The only bumps - 1) Permits were pulled after the work was done, and while it did it get done I felt like I had to keep on this (multiple calls and emails inquiring on the status). In all fairness to Green City permits were overlooked in the contract (although verbally discussed). I should have noticed this sooner and Green City did not disagree with pulling the permits. 2) I would have preferred to be consulted about changing the installed equipment before the change happened. I would have agreed to the change, it just would have been nice to be looped in. I recommend Green City. Overall they did a quality job at a competitive price!

Jeff responded to my initial email very quickly and immediately provided me all the information I needed! His office team responded to all subsequent messages regarding scheduling in a a very timely manner. Larry came out today to check/tune-up all 6 in-floor radiant heat systems plus 2 A/C units in the condo building. He arrived early, performed his checks diligently and efficiently, and educated each owner about their systems! Wonderful prices, wonderful service!! We will be using them again for repairs & new installations!!

They called and scheduled a time for the technician to come out. He came out on time, gave an overview and finished the maintenance.

The installer came on time and removed old water heater. New water heater was installed in about one hour. The installer was hardworking, productive and did a good job. Although the earth quake strap installed need to be corrected to meet city code, the company was every responsive in sending another technician to evaluate the situation and got it corrected in a short time. Tim was very patient in trying to figure out city's requirement and was conscientious of doing a good job. He was very professional and easy to work with.

overall, an outstanding job and detailed work that was above and beyond expectations. the A/C unit had not been serviced in over 10 years and technician took the time to get the system back to brand new. he explained what he did and things to look out for if it were to go bad. I would highly recommend this company again and again.

Green City was a pleasure to work with--from the initial email inquiry, to setting up a time, to having the work done. My old heater had a steady leak and I wanted to replace it ASAP, but it was also just before the weekend when I contacted them. I kept an eye on the heater and they got in by Tuesday, drained and removed the old one, and then installed the new one--took about an hour. NO problems, and the guys who came out did a great job.

Simple and easy to work with. Provided all of the maintenance needed for my furnace to keep working like a champ. Simple and easy to work with.

There was only one person that worked on air conditioner. He represented himself and the company fairly well. He was knowledgeable and got the job done in one day which was good. We got quotes from other places and their price was pretty on par. Their punctuality was not great.

Started a bit late and took longer than expected but seems like a good job-nice service mechanics. I moved the dryer out of the way and a small chest of drawers to allow access-took me 5 minutes. Caution that this company will charge substantially for these small chores. Additionally there is a charge to put on earthquake strapping which apparently is required so one would think they would haven made that part of the inclusive installation charge, Also there is a fee for putting a piece of foam under the hotwater tank which was additional to the quoted price.

installed gas insert. Great service. Some problems with installation as they were less experienced with this particular brand. But very responsive! Willing to correct any mistakes and go the extra mile to make things right. Would definitely hire them again.

I would use them again. They were also really knew what they were doing and they said what needed to be done. They cleaned everything up. It was a very good experience.

Furnace wasn't working. Called and set up appointment. Service technician called before he was due to inform me he would be slightly delayed due to heavy traffic/accident on the highway. when he arrived he quickly found the problem - batteries needed replacing in the thermostat. Obviously I didn't know the thermostat had batteries or I would have checked that before calling. While he was there he checked out the entire furnace to be sure everything else was functioning properly.

It worked out well. They were here for about an hour to two and half hours. They were very courteous, on time, took his time to do a very thorough job. No issues and I would recommend him to others to clean out their filter systems.

We shopped the service for several weeks with other providers and when Jeff came to do our bid we knew we were going to be in good hands. He gave us an upfront and honest opinion of what we should do to cool our home. Other companies had tried to sell us units that were far too large and much more expensive. Jeff has years of experience and it was evident. The day that the crew arrived to do the work they were on time and explained what to expect through the day. I was introduced to every person that was working on my home. It made me feel at ease. It's a big project having your furnace replaced and an AC unit installed but they finished the whole project in one day. We couldn't be happier.
