The technician arrived a few minutes early, introduced himself and then went about his work. Upon completion, he discussed what he had done and a problem he had found.

Robert did my 14 years old furnace maintenance. He showed me the heat exchange with camera that it's all working well. Very happy with Green City. Would definitely hire them again.

Went well... on-time, professional, and kind. Patiently answered all of my questions. I'm assuming all tests were performed accurately, but really don't know enough to be able to determine if job was done correctly.

The furnace inspection was done professionally, and I was given detailed descriptions of what was seen. Great service!

The tech did the prescribed work, and even found the cause of short cycling that was outside of the regular tune up. Thanks Green City!

It went really well. Robert kept me informed of his estimated arrival time. He arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job of cleaning the furnace and installed a new filter. He also thoughtfully removed his shoes as he came in so he wouldn't track anything into the house. He did an excellent job.

Purchased a furnace tune-up three weeks ago and was contacted the next day to schedule the work. During the scheduling correspondence, I mentioned that I would have to take time off of work, but was concerned about doing so in case of a "no show" due to an unforeseen emergency. I was assured that if the technician was going to be late, I would receive a courtesy call. Not only did the technician not contact me to state he would be late, he actually never showed up. Taking time off of work for a no-show and/or no communication is not a company that I have confidence in for any future business. Rated Punctuality as N/A since they didn't show up.

Robert from Green City Heating and Air Conditioning inspected our furnace and provided general maintenance. I booked the inspection over concern about a rattling sound that was causing the furnace to shake. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem as a bent fan that needs to be replaced. We are booking him to complete the repair as soon as possible. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and compassion.

It was a lot of running across town to get things to get the install done. There were a few problems but they got the sub contractors to get the job done.

I signed a service contract and continue to use them.

Service tech was on time and performed work quickly and thoroughly. I felt he gave an honest assessment of my systems and explained their maintenance program without pressure.

Green City has always been prompt, friendly and professional. After having my home painted I needed to call them again as the painters wrapped the unit causing it to over heat and blow a part. Green City was able to fit me in their schedule on the day I called. The tempts have been hot so it was very appreciated. Couldn't have asked for more.

It was fine. I just moved in so it was the first time they provided they service. They communicated very well and he was very personable.

The product knowledge was excellent. The installation went well. It occurred in exactly the day and time frame that it was quoted. The one adjustment we had to have after it was installed was made promptly and we have an excellent working system.

I’ve used them a couple times and they’re just fine. I always hate to do surveys because I have a tendency to rate low. They do what they say they’re going to do. That’s about the best thing I can tell you. The communication was fine.

The technician arrived and performed the service in a timely manner. He connected the grounding wire for a water pump (condensation from furnace) that I had replaced but not grounded. The furnace is ready for use when winter arrives!

Receptionist was rude and impolite. No effort was made to try and help with scheduling.

Unfortunately I called Green City to give me a quote for AC repair. Walter from Green City quoted me $960 to repair damage to my AC unit. He left and failed to replace the metal cover on the AC. Through text he promised to come back the next to replace the cover but he didn't. I had to text him again to come back another time. I had the damage fixed from another AC company for $350!!!!! Are you kidding me Green City!? You guys are scammers!!!!! Do not use this company!!!!
