Description of Work: I would not recommend GMA to anyone, ever. First and far most their customer service is Horrible. They no-showed (and I do mean no-showed, no call, no nothing) for my first appointment. I lost time from work and they were unable to send anyone back out for over a week from when they no-showed. When I finally did get an appointment for my carpet to be installed, they refused to install the hallway carpet. I called home depot directly, HD called GMA and GMA instructed their guys to install the hallway as contracted/paid for and the installers still flat out refused. And left without installing the hallway as well as with my carpet padding that I paid for but they also refused to leave. After they were gone I noticed that the carpet was not seemed correctly in some areas as it was fraying. This was corrected when they came back to install the hallway carpet (exactly how they "refused" to do it the first time) which HD paid for. HD also issued me a credit and sent me a gift card as well as refunded the significant amount of padding they took back with them. Originally GMA was suppose to do both my carpet and Hardwood flooring. After the many issues I had with them for the carpet (too many to list) I hired my own contractor to do my hard wood floors. I had to wait over 2 months to get on his schedule but it was well worth it. At the time I had left GMA several messages both by phone and email, cc'ing the last couple to the HD manager and GMA never responded. I don't understand how they are still even in business.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel Removal of all tile, bath, toilet, all fixtures and fittings. Install new walk-in shower, new custom shower pan, all wall tile from floor to ceiling, floor tile. Install new toilet, new vanity and sink, all new fixtures and fittings Painted ceiling and cupboard door.

Description of Work: Met with the estimator, Ms. Beth Waskom but never heard from her and no estimation provided.
