Some time ago this company took a $2,000 deposit from me to refinish some windows to be installed in my home on the condition that they could produce a satisfactory sample of what the final product would look like. They could never do this and then they only returned $1,200 of my deposit (by the way they handled the windows so badly that they are now almost all in a condition whereby they cannot be installed - $22,000 worth of windows). We then entered into discussions on this and they agreed in writing to return $650 more of my money. Upon emailing the company over a dozen times and calling them over a dozen times, they have never returned my money. Please take the above into consideration when you are deciding on someone to do work for you.
Description of Work: They tried, very unsuccessfully, to refinish some windows to be installed in my home.
