He was very thorough. He explained everything. He made sure that we know what we were going into, and what our options were.

All communication was through Michelle, who is very professional and prompt. Communication was excellent. She obtained the permit and her husband, Paul, arrived on schedule to do the work, which he completed in one day. The price was fair and reasonable. He and his helper did a good job cleaning up and keeping me informed about the project. Michelle arranged for the state inspector to come do the required inspection. Labor and Industries is currently understaffed and we experienced a lot of delay and frustration in getting the inspector to show up. Michelle was very persistent in calling the state and then keeping me informed. We finally got the inspection done and the inspector signed off on the work with no problem or negative comments of any kind. I highly recommend this company. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

As far as the job is concerned, everything went smoothly. Paul and Ken were professional and responsive. I believe the job was entirely completed two days after I made first contact with them. The really great thing is that Ken went far above and beyond the call of duty and introduced my company's product to a potential customer. This contact has led to a new distribution channel for us. These are really great guys.
