went well, good quick service, was here about 1.5 hrs and we were pleased with service. Danny Thomas also sent followup mail with addtl services they provide, a good reminder for us.

After paying for the $99 coupon, Danny came out and gave me a bid for doing the windows that were not included in the special and we wanted the screens cleaned as well. He gave me a quote and Jill and I wrote back and forth to discuss pricing and scheduling. The guy showed up on time got right to work and did an awesome job. There was one window that was high up, next to a steeply pitched roof section that he could not clean the outside of, but other than that, did a great job!

He was careful about not making a mess. He always cleaned up after himself, I really liked that. I don't like having to go back behind the person and clean up after them, so that was nice. He was pleasant. He just came in and did the job. He didn't take 50 breaks. I really liked the service and I will probably use him again.

My experience with Danny Thomas ProClean was great. They did a great job. They were there on time. In fact, they were a little early. I couldn't believe my windows could look like that, that they could look so clean. He went around and took the screens off and did inside and outside. I'll do it again, at that price. I wouldn't know how to do it and it's a lot of work, so I think that price is great. He called me right away.

The big deal worked out real well. They did a really good job, but there were a few windows that weren't accessible, and he didn't have the necessary equipment to access them, but he did a great job of what he cleaned. They were prompt, very polite, and they did a good job of what they cleaned. We have an area where you have to have a ladder that will allow you to access the window, you have to have a board, because you can't walk on the roof, he didn't have that, so he couldn't access that. I would recommend them because they did a good job, they were fast, and efficient, and they were thorough with everything that they did. I would tell them to have a bit more discussion before hand about accessibility to windows, so we would have known that they can't do it, or they would come better prepared. The pricing was good.

Excellent job. Windows were cleaned both inside and outside of my 2 story home. He removed the screens and cleaned and replaced them as well. I was initially told that it would take 60 to 90 minutes to complete the job. It actually took closer to 3 hours. For 36 windows (18 windows, 2 sides), I was not surprised that it took longer than estimated. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself.

Details: prompt service, quality service is certainly appreciated; but more than that, the courtesy with which I was treated means a great deal. I would certainly use ProClean again.

They did a good job. My wife was the one around, but we are happy with the quality of the work done.

Although he was running approximately an hour late, he did call and warn us ahead of time that this was the situation. I understand why with the thorough cleaning you provided to us. He came in evaluated the carpet told us what kind of condition it was in, which was as bad as bad as expected and happily went about the job. He was polite, he was thorough, and he took his time! I have had this carpet professionally cleaned before, and at one point had three different professional cleaners come in at the same time to clean this carpet. They did not do anywhere near as good of a job as he did in one cleaning. He pretreated for free and he had an excellent scrubber system, and again he took his time. This carpet was night and day and I would hire him again without hesitation.

Showed up on time. Worker was friendly and did a good job.

Carpets looked good as new despite some fairly extensive dirty areas.

We had some stains that we weren't sure would come out, she was able to remove all the stains and restore our carpet to it's original new install look.

I called on a Thursday, because we just listed my parent house on the market. Everyone I called were booked out for 3 weeks. I was nervous I wouldn't find anyone to do the windows! Danny Thoms Pro Clean made special arrangements to come out on a Saturday for me and Kevin did a FANTASTIC job! He waas excellent , quick, effecient and professional. Perfect!!! We were so pleased! I will definitely use them again for my house and HIGHLY reccommmend them for ANYone else! Thank you Angie!

From the begining we are very satisfied with "Danny Thomas ProClean". A quick response to our request for a free estimate,---a reasonable estimate was given for our many windows----once we made our decision an appointment was made and was keep with a prompt arrival and a quality job done. The only minus was the masterbath mirror was forgotten, since the house mirrors were thrown in, I didn't feel any need to complain. All screens were returned to the windows and all windows were sparkling.

He did a beautiful job on the windows. It was amazing. He came out right after I called in person. He was very personable and very talkative. He was very knowledgeable about windows and how to take them apart. When his crew of two guys showed up on time they thought they couldn't take apart a big window and thought they weren't going to be able to include that into the bid, but the guys did it anyway. They even did the window insert in my front door security screen. They were so pleasant, clean, on time, and right on the bid. They were great and I couldn't have asked for a better job on the windows. I was with my brother turning my mattress and the brackets of the bed to keep it in the frame was sticking out instead of sticking up. I punctured my leg right into the bone and I bled horribly, but they came out to get the blood out of the carpet. It didn't work the first time because I had bled so much, but when they came out the second time they got most of it. Later on I spilled a cup of coffee with cream in it on the family room floor and they came and got that out. It was just excellent work. I would recommend Danny Thomas because they do very, very, nice work and they're quick.

Very professional, did a fabulous job for a very reasonable price, was knowledgeable about the film on one of the windows, was careful with all the screens and blinds. I will use them exclusively for all major household cleaning.

This company is amazing. Kevin and Dave did an over the top job......all my windows look new....I am soooo excited. They were on time and went above and beyond to handle difficult "port" windows. They even cleaned my screen door window. This company is a winner and pricing for what they have to do is so worth it. Thank you!!!!!

They are very good, prompt company. They are always thorough, clean, and efficient. I really think they’ve developed a great rapport with us over the years. Overall, I think they are very focused on customer service. I would certainly recommend them to others.
