We are planning on using them every six months to clean our windows. It was a very good experience.

So far no work has been agreed upon or performed. Can we get a refund?

Job was well done. Technician came on time, did good job, cleaned up afterwards.

Very personable, orderly, clean, and professional. Most important to us was their willingness to use non-toxic materials.

Went very well. He came and completed the work with no fuss or difficulty on my part at all. I will use his service again.

They came twice once to see how many windows and then to do the job. They were punctual actually a little before time. They did not provide me an opportunity to add on screen cleaning or trench cleaning. I liked the other Pro Clean better.

Great. We played a lot of phone tag in the beginning because I was painting my house at the same time and wanted to time everything accordingly. But once we got a date down we were all good.

The service from Danny Thomas was very frustrating. Very poor communication and it took several calls to get them to come. They are very backed up and we had to wait. I do not recommend them. Their son cleaned the windows and he was good.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were able to complete the job faster than I had anticipated. Everything worked out fine.

Communication regarding date and time was confused. Once set up to happen, Kevin was fine. I just thought it was very, very expensive.

The services performed were done well. The overall dealing with Danny Thomas Pro Clean has been extremely frustrating. Danny came out to the house, gave us a verbal bid and told us he'd email the bid to us. Bid was reasonable, so we set up the appointments for carpet and window cleaning. I had to call the office three separate times to actually get the bid emailed to me. I should have cancelled then and there. The carpets were cleaned and the ladies who did the work were very nice and did a good job. Two weeks later the windows were cleaned except they didn't clean the skylight - my biggest motivator for getting the windows cleaned. At the time of the bid my husband and I were both under the impression that the bid included the skylight. The guys cleaning the windows said it wasn't included and that they couldn't clean it. I contacted Danny Thomas he asked that I email him a picture of the skylight, I did twice and no response. Had I known all of this I absolutely would have gone with a different company. Not only was the work not completed to my satisfaction but they have consumed so much if my time and energy.

They were courteous, clean and did a good job.

He came out and did the estimate for the deal purchased. While going over all of the windows he said we had a total of 55 windows. His explanation of a single window is each pane, inside and outside. So one full window, the stationed part is one, and the other part you can raise is another window; basically, when he lifted his squeegee, that is a new window. We counted 22 windows. He said he would give us a discount of 51 windows instead. His total estimate was an additional $384 on top of the deal purchase price. He also said if we do not clean our gutters the windows will get dirty right away, then proceeded to offer the gutter cleaning for an additional $75. We just requested a refund on this deal.

Our tech came to the house and cleaned all of our outside windows, including the second story. He did an excellent job and was very professional. The windows looked great and he was very quick. We would definitely use the company again.

They did a fantastic job. Cleaned all windows inside and out, plus washed the screens. They did a great job and I will be using them again next year.

The service went well. They cleaned about 20 windows on our split level home. The technician did a nice job, was fast and thorough. Scheduling was not an issue, but we did play phone tag for a bit.

They were punctual and friendly and did a great job.

This was a Big Deal purchase - very nice experience. Vendor was on time - and got to work immediately - no issues at all. Danny followed up with a nice written Thank You note. Will use this company again for next project.

Did exactly what was promised and the windows looked great. This was ona Angie's Big deal discount. Very happy with the work and the speed to get it done.

Washed all of my windows inside and out for $99 Big Deal - they looked great for about 24 hours until a bird pooped on 2 upstairs windows! :( But the rest still look great. Also asked them to do 1 hour of pressure washing which they accommodated. Very satisfied.

Since he was coming from Federal Way, he called to see if we could reschedule at a time he would be in or area for another service. This was OK and he was skilled and fast.

They were on time, performed the service with little disruption, were very careful around furnishing, plants, etc. The worker had to leave for awhile, but he came back before the end of the day, phoned and told me he was back to finish the job. Great results, will use them again.

He was 1/2 hour later than scheduled, but the company called before the scheduled time to tell us he would be late. He used a soapy applicator, then a scraper, than another soapy, then a squeege to clean off the soap. The process worked great except on one window where there were smudges left on the edges of one pane. He worked quickly and the result was excellent except for the one pane. The one window with the smudges wasn't bad enough to ask him to come back, and could only be seen when the sun was shining thru that window. The windows were pretty dirty before he came, and it was nice to have them all clean and shinny.

It went okay. He did a good job and was friendly, but I did spend more than the deal.

Hi, I would like a refund. I am not confident about Danny Thomas & his services plus his approach put me off a bit. After being late by an hour or so, he came out and did an estimate for extra windows. During the estimate he let me know that his services are not for the client looking for a "deal." After a month I remembered that I hadn't received the estimate and I emailed him. His called & said he lost it. We then rescheduled for last week and he did not show. We then scheduled for Monday and he did not show.
