Danny Thomas ProClean

Danny Thomas ProClean did a fine job cleaning all our rain gutters. They accessed all the gutters from the roof and left virtually no debris in our yard or on our decks. I was able to schedule the service at a time that was convenient for me, although as it turned out I wouldn't have needed to be home. I would hire them again.

Contacted this Danny Thomas in order to have the rugs cleaned after an Estate sale. Danny came and explained and measured the area and was very professional and courteous. Even though we did not use Mr. Thomas I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

It went great! They went above and beyond in getting everything cleaned up and my windows sparkle. I am so impressed with this company. They were very professional and excellent at the work performed. I have signed up with them for regular care and cleaning of all of my windows.

Kevin did a great job cleaning the gutters, checking the downspouts, and cleaning off the residual mess from the actual gutter cleaning. I plan on using this company again, without a second thought.

Dawn was here early and she got down to work. Everything was done like I asked and she finished at a reasonable time.

Everything went exceptional, I called to schedule some times within the week after purchasing the coupon through Angie's list. Danny work me into the schedule and add my windows cleaned The same day as my call as his tech was in the area and had some downtime do the frozen gutters on another job.

Excellent service! Danny first came to view the job, gave an estimate as well recommendations and estimates for future work. His assistant did the actual washing work, coordinating with the pest control person who was at the house for wasp nest removal. The assistant, Danny, and the receptionist at the office all worked together as a great team to make sure the work got done properly. Will use this company again for additional work.

Our gutters were full of mud and leaves. Kevin arrived on time and went to work. He cleaned out the gutters, scraping the mud out, tightened nails that held them on to the house, un-clogged the down spouts. Once he was done the area around out house was clean. I will be using the company for some of the other items I need taken care of around the house.

We are very pleased that we used Danny Thomas ProClean to clean our windows. The contact with the office in arranging the appointment and the actual cleaning was seamless thanks to their professionalism and promptness. We were expecting out-of-state visitors and needed the windows cleaned in a short matter of time, and they (thankfully) were able to accommodate. We would definitely use them for our next window cleaning.

Windows done wonderfully. also had carpets done at an additional cost. Carpet job was excellent. many stains they were able to get all but a couple out

He was on time. Had all his own equipment. Looked over our windows and if he saw a spot he missed made sure to clean it right. He told us that one of our windows was getting defective. Left everything like he found it.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Danny and his staff were hard working and friendly. I did not receive the estimate via email as promised and I had to wait several hours for an appointment to estimate without a call to explain the lateness. Really the issues were minimal and I will use them again happily.

They were on time and professional. My only comment is I was disappointed in the cleaning of the tracks. My husband didn't point it out to them so I'll give them a B for quality. Overall good experience

Easy, friendly scheduling. I found Danny Thomas Pro Clean on Angie's List and also saw good reviews on another online site. Danny came out and gave me an estimate (it's impossible to price this stuff over the phone, I learned). The gentleman who cleaned our windows was punctual and even gave me a phone call 30 minutes before arrival to give me a heads up. He was very professional, clean, and did a fantastic job on our windows and skylights. They are crystal clear now! Wish I had done this months ago! I would recommend Danny Thomas Pro Clean to anyone needing window cleaning.

They did a good job. Was a bit more expensive which I have found is the case with most window cleaners. I calculated the total window count differently.

It went fine. They have a good customer follow up and they routinely send out reminders when it's time for service again which I appreciate.

They did a good job. I just felt that their advertising was really poor. The groupon said 35 windows or something and when they came in, they counted every window twice. I've never had that done before when I've gotten windows cleaned. So it wound up being almost three times as expensive as was quoted. I wouldn't ask them back just because of that. It was way too expensive. One window that you open up, he counted as two windows. So it was twice as expensive and then the screens were more. Everything added on and it wound up being almost three times what it was supposed to be. I had already paid for the groupon. So what was I going to do? I felt that was deceptive. They did a good job. It said that you could schedule within two days and when they came out they said, "Well, it will be about a week." I was having a party and I was able to get him to come earlier. But again, I just felt that their advertising was deceptive. They were very professional.
