Description of Work: They did a good job with basic window clean but had stated they could get some water streaks off my windows which they didn't even attempt to do. The cleaner was very professional except smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal to wash 25 windows. I heard from the company right away, and they were great about scheduling both a time to come out and assess the job and a time to actually perform the service. The windows they cleaned are spotless (and some of them hadn't been washed in 2 years, so they were pretty bad). The service guy who washed them was punctual, polite, professional. Just be aware that one window pane equals one side of one sheet of glass - so if you have windows with multiple panes, 25 windows isn't going to go as far as you think. This was clearly stated in the deal, so it wasn't a problem. Also (also clearly stated in the deal), screen cleaning was not included, and would have cost about $100 more. A little surprising, since they needed to remove the screens to clean the window anyway - I didn't opt for the screen cleaning, but I'm sure they would have done a great job on that too. I would highly recommend this company - the entire transaction was positive.
