+ 1 moreHave had several experiences with Covington Creek that seem to end badly each time. I stopped by to give a second chance of a business local to where I lived. I was disappointed again. First time was regarding two plants that were purchased. Within a very short time one has died, when we approached them about the plant. They offered nothing less than they weren't able to replace the plant since they didn't plant it. Where is the customer service in that? Not back their product line, very discouraging. Decided to never go back. I hadn't been there in a year since that occurred. This time I approached wanting to look into landscape and lawn care. No one still has called me back over my inquiry. I guess they don't want business. I will never go back there again and wouldn't suggest anyone going there.
Description of Work: No services preformed because no one will contact me back....

+ -1 moreWE LOVE THIS NEW NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLANTS, PLANTING AND LANDSCAPING. THE SELECTION IS GREAT AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A TREE, TOPSOIL, MULCH, AND SEVERAL SHRUBS AND GRASSES FROM THIS NEW NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS.
