+ -1 moreKarl was very professional from the start. He called me back in less then 30 mins after leaving a message for him. He showed up on time the day of the cleaning. He talked me through the entire process of carpet cleaning. Overall Karl did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: I needed my living room and bedroom hallway carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: They have done my carpets for about 15 years, and they are awesome. I have white carpets and he has worked miracles on them. Also,Karl, the owner and zaph are wonderful always kind and on time and keeps me up to date iif anything changes.

+ -1 moreCARL WAS GREAT. HE PRE-TREATED THE REALLY DIRTY AREAS AND THEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED THE ROOM AND HALLWAY. THE CARPET LOOKED ABSOLUTELY GREAT WHEN HE WAS DONE.
