Jason was extremely professional, thorough, respectful, and knowledgable, in all the work he did. He arrived on time everyday and if he was unable to make his time commitment he would call ahead to let us know. Jason bent over backwards to help us meet our deadline as we were planning an event in our home, literally, within days of him installing the windows and having the screens rescreened. We would give Jason at Clear Window Solutions, Inc. our highest recommendation and if we have any problems with other windows in the future they will be the first ones we will call.

We just purchased this house and I was concerned as the window frames are sometimes a little damp on the inside of the house.Called to get an estimate on what I thought was a window problem. The phone was answered immediately. Jason(?) spent a great deal of time, and an even greater amount of patience, talking me through a description of our windows and exactly why I was concerned. He then explained to me why it was that with this particular type of window frame, what we were experiencing was not a problem but the natural way that the window frames work. We discussed better window alternatives for the future, no hard sell at all. We will call Clear Window Solutions in the future when we are ready to invest in better windows (after the daughter makes it through college). :)

Jason was great to work with. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat. 23 windows is a fairly big job, Jason's bid was superior to a very good local company, and I decided to go with Jason - he was impressive.

The concerned person was very pleasant and very nice. The only thing that I was disturbed badly about was that he seemed to be promoting his religion and because I was concerned that he was installing something that I wanted right, I did not feel comfortable shutting it down. I would do more searching around next time before deciding to use him.

The experience was fine. It was more money than we had verbally had been told but he later on had miscalculated the amount of windows. So we didn't go with it. The quote was around $20,000 and we can't afford that. He seemed like a really nice guy. They actually replace the windows. They don't defog them like they say. They actually go in and take out your windows, open them up and put in new glass and put the windows back in. He said they're cheaper than new windows but I don't know that because I haven't quoted windows. I liked him. He was a personable guy. He's a young guy with a family. He's been doing this for a while. At that point, you just can't afford that. Maybe he would let us do it later in stages, I don't know. My husband tells me $25 for that piece. He knows how much glass cost. We're in the business of doing things. We just wanted to find out because we were told it was a defogging method, which I thought they would just come and somehow drill and spray a solution in there and clean them out and reseal. That's not the case. They say that process doesn't work. I just think it's labor and whatever he's paying his guys. It's hard for us to determine what's fair market value because this is America. I just think that's what he charges. It's such a new process, too. He just recently bought this company from another guy. He's not defogging glass anymore. He know takes the glass out of the window and replaces it with more expensive glass. He has to let people know on his site that he doesn't do defogging anymore.

I called a number of window replacement comapnies for estimates. Jason from Clear Window Solutions visited our home and explained the process and costs involved. He was very knowledgeble and courteous. Jason was able to work around our schedule. He and his crew did an amazing job...the new windows look great and they they left the home in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

The job was tricky. Window Medics was able to preserve the etched window pane and reseal. we needed the job done so to close on our house. WM made it happen.
