We are very pleased with our new driveway. Cisco and his crew were on time as promised each day. They were very professional and cleaned up after each step. They were on budget with their original estimate. We would recommend them highly.

Cisco is a no hassle contractor to work with. He showed up when he said he would, had a great crew with him to work on driveway. Driveway is big, 60 ft by 20 ft and they did an incredible job. Had a few changes on my part during the process and Cisco easily accommodated our requests. Cisco and his crew are hard, hard workers. Am already setting up a couple of other jobs with Cisco, one is enlarging a driveway and enlarging a shed. Would always hire this company back. Thank you!

Fabulous work by Cisco and his team! We ran into a problem that halted our installing new flooring downstairs. I feel so lucky Cisco could help right away. He’s lovely to work with! Not only is the new concrete highly stable and looks perfect, but he could easily have charged a high price due to the emergency. He did not. We hope to have him back to upgrade our driveway. The job scope included replacing my back patio, installing a new back yard drain system, adding downspouts, replacing the front walkway and crack repair in my front aggregate driveway. Cisco provided helpful comments during the scope process. His team is professional and respectful of property. Pictures were provided regularly. He was able to eliminate the step to the front door and another step in the back. I am very impressed with his work.

Great! We hired Cisco for a smaller project a couple of years ago (pouring new concrete steps) after seeing his good work on a neighbor's project. When we were ready to tackle a larger project--demolition of an existing patio and repouring it--we hired him again. He was great to work with, very responsive, and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the finished product.

Cisco promptly replied to my inquiry, came out to our home, reviewed several concrete and masonry repair projects and gave us a ballpark estimate on the spot. He followed up with a proposal with estimated costs. We liked his proposal and selected some of the work scope (deferring other portions for a later date). His availability was within the time span we anticipated. Cisco is an excellent communicator and as such kept us informed about scheduling possibilities and relatively small cost adjustments due to small change orders and increased material costs. He returned with his crew to do the work as scheduled. They worked efficiently as individuals and a team and were very pleasant. We are very satisfied with the work done. The new driveway is attractive and most importantly seems to have solved a significant drainage problem. My wife and I will be asking Cisco to come back for future projects and recommend him and his crew to you for your consideration.

We hired Cisco Contractor, LLC, based on recommendations from people in our area. It was a great decision. Good bidding process, honest, communicated well. All the workers were friendly and helpful. Cisco answered lots of questions for us before, during, and after the process. He communicates well via text, email, and calls. The driveway is perfect. He tore out the old, cracked cement, cleared roots underneath, leveled, laid rebar, improved the contour of the driveway, on time and on budget. Love working with Cisco and highly recommend!

Replaced our back yard wood deck with concrete. Cisco exceeded all expectations including helping repair the siding during the deck removal. I would recommend.

Communication was excellent and his knowledge was top-notch. Everyone on the job site over the course of 2-3 weeks were respectful and responsible. This was a huge and somewhat challenging project we had done. He was honest with us about challenges and pros and cons of different options.

Cisco is by far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. I got a couple bids for a large deck project from other contractors and they had itemized the concrete portion of the project and it was out of my budget so I reached out to Cisco. His pricing was extremely fair and he never nickel and dimed or raised prices as the project became bigger than anticipated. They were versatile in fixing up drainage, downspouts, irrigation systems and they never cut corners and took their time to make sure everything was done right. They were meticulous in how everything was set up – the rebar, slope of the concrete, etc. They worked through terrible weather (heavy rainfall) and I know the removal and disposal of the sod and mud was much more expensive than anticipated. We ran into many situations that were outside of Cisco’s control and he ate all the costs of that. He is incredibly responsive by phone, text, and e-mail at all phases of the project. He kept me updated on each step and what time they were working. They cleaned up each working day and spent nearly an entire day at the end of the project cleaning up beyond my expectations. The working area is cleaner than before they started and they worked until 10PM on the last day to beat the bad weather that was moving in the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and highly recommend Cisco and his crew.

They were great at communicating what could be done to ensure the highest quality project. They pressure washed and then sealed my stamped concrete, tricky timing with the wet weather as done successfully. I'm very happy with the work product.
