Will scheduled the job a month and a half in advance to coordinate with another contractor who is replacing our decks and front steps. They came the day after the decks where removed as scheduled and did the job in 3 days with a crew. They pressure washed and prepped, both sprayed and brushed the paint. They also repaired a bad fascia board on the front of the garage for a minor fee above the quote with our approval. The back of our house and the west is almost 3 stories high, not easy to get to the trim. They got all of the trim and gutters. Did a nice job of taping and cleanup as well. Armando returned on Monday to see if any fixes were necessary. One gutter need to be put back and painted and there was an area behind the chimney that was hard to see that was missed. He fixed both on the spot. We are replacing the back decks and had them and the front wood steps removed before painting which made the job easier than our last work, about 10 years ago. The cost was substantially less than the last work done (partially because of the deck removal). I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends.

Professionally developed, and presentation of bid, at the time of the original appointment. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Quality work. Care taken not to damage the many plants we have located very near the walls of our home. Painters were extremely professional and concerned about every detail, no matter how small. Site was cleaned perfectly after each day's work. Price was extremely reasonable. We absolutely love the appearance of our home. We highly recommend Will Tierney and his team.

I contacted this company in August of 2011 for an estimate to paint my house. At the time, it was the only bid I could get because it was the end of the season and all the other companies were booked. I like to have some estimates to compare, so I opted to wait until the following spring to paint, and told the company I would do so. I was very impressed that the company then remembered to contact me in March to see if I was still interested in using them. However, I did get two more bids at that time, and found that their bid was the highest. Since I liked the other companies equally well, I chose one of them.

We had considerable siding damage on one side of our recently bought house and much of the rest of the house had paint in poor shape. We requested estimates from several painters and ended up choosing Will and Certapro based on his firm grasp of the scope of work, evident knowledge of how to get it done, and a good price. In our case the scope included replacing several pieces of cedar siding on a mid-century home which had to be custom milled due to its large size, a main house body color, a second color on the soffits, and a third color on the doors. Because it had been a while since the house had a quality paint job, there was also extensive prep in removing flaking paint and caulking everywhere that needed it. The biggest difficulty was actually our choosing paint colors. During this process Will and his team were patient and willing to work with us. In fact, in all aspects of the job: estimating, scheduling, and performing the job they were outstanding. The work was performed for the price discussed and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. It's been over a year now since the job and we're still extremely pleased. It looks great!

Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the job done! William and his crew started and finished when promised. Our house looks great and we' recommend CertaPro to our friends.

CertaPro did a good job. I liked that they were quick and cleaned up well. The only thing I think they could have improved on would be their preparation work.

I promptly received a bid. Unfortunately, it was the only bid I received out of several I requested, so I have no way of comparing the cost of the paint job. I contacted the company and thanked them, but have decided to put off painting until early spring, when I hope to get a few more bids to compare. I will definitely contact this company again to see if their bid is still open or if they would like to re-bid it.

I bought a new home, and wanted it painted immediately, before I moved in. Because of delays in closing, etc, they started 1/2 a day late because I didn't have access to the home when I had expected. They still got the painting done in 2 days, finishing a few hours before my movers arrived. They used the paint brand that I selected (even though it turned out more problematic than what they wanted to use). The paint looks great. There were 1-2 areas that I needed to touch up from them. I had lots more to touch up from the movers trying to wedge my furniture up the stairs. All in all, I was pretty happy. They were pleasant and professional.

They did a good job, and they are trustworthy.

I had three companies do estimates and they were the lowest price. They had a team tat came and they were very punctual. If I had a question they could tell me what they were doing and why. They did an excellent job when they were finished. It took them about two days to finish, which was in the time they said. They left me paint samples to choose from when they first came out. They were there on time. They cleaned up after themselves. You couldn't tell that anyone had been there, except for the new paint job.

CertaPro came to do so while our family was away from home on vacation. Upon our return we found our home painted in a workmanship standard that was very, very poor. Paint was lifting, bubbling, caulking was not done, only a single coat applied in areas, missed areas. Most importantly, no preparatory work appeared to have been done and so the new paint job was never going to be good. We asked them to come back and rework areas that we had identified, and reluctantly they did so. This new work was terrible with little pride taken in the work. We asked them to come back a couple more times. Rather than correct the problems by scraping away to get at the source of the bubbling and cracks, they just dabbed more paint over these areas. In some areas they scraped, but they gouged the wood and now it looks disgusting - hacked! They said "Pay in five days or we will put a lien on your home". We are totally frustrated and have a terrible paint job which may last a year if we are lucky.
