Description of Work: I had Olga and her crew in to do a deep cleaning , they were on time and did a very through job. I work so I leave the door open and when they are finished Olga makes sure the door is locked when she leaves. I have been having Cali Cleaners do cleaning for me for several years and have had no reason to complain.

Olga Gonzalez met with me to review the work that needed to be done and she soon got back to me with a proposal. Price was higher than two other services that quoted our cleaning requirements but I liked the idea of having a locally-owned small business do the work, and Olga made a very good impression on me. We made the decision to go with Cali Cleaners and they have been cleaning our company's office areas for almost a year and a half. We're very happy with the quality and service. Olga, Jorge, and crew are exceptional people.
Description of Work: Cali Cleaners cleans our company's front office areas, bathrooms, shop and office mats, and shop wash basins every 2 weeks.

Description of Work: Cali Cleaners has cleaned my house twice monthly since last summer. They are punctual, very professional, thorough, and do a very good job cleaning my 2650 square foot home. My specific instructions for cleaning certain items like stereo and computer equipment have been consistently followed. Olga and Jorge are very conscientious. They supervise their employees and give them detailed direction and supervision as they work along side them. Their knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and use of cleaners is superior.

+ -1 moreOverall, this was a bad experience. I never knew when they would show up, whom would show up and often I felt they were racing through the house to get to their next job. They damaged my expensive leather chairs and have left scratches on my dining room table from a rough cloth they must have used. I had also requested my floors (slate and wood) to be done by hand at least once a month. I would watch as one of the girls (never Olga or Jorge) would stand upright with a spray bottle, spray the floor and then mop over it with a swifter type mop. My floors were never very clean...they just looked clean. I was embarrassed on Thanksgiving when, after a spill, I wiped the slate floor and found my cloth to be filthy....and they had just cleaned the day before!! The way Olga quit was unprofessional and their work was less than adequate. Update 1/16/11: Not well
Description of Work: Olga, Jorge and whomever else they would bring cleaned my house (about 2500 square feet) every other week for just over a year. At first they were very detailed and did a good job. Slowly but surely, each week something would be missed for example the kitchen carpets would not have been vacuumed, the living room floors felt gritty around the carpet, I found spider nests under my hearth, behind my sofa, ect. I didn't say anything for a long time, and then had enough and started mentioning one or two things the last three times Olga was here. Mind you, I never knew for sure when they might show up. Our appointment time was for 11:30. They would arrive anywhere from 10:30 to 1:00PM!! This made planning my morning rather difficult. I gently began to point out the missed, uncleaned and even a couple of damaged items. Olga, apparently took personal offense to this. One month ago, I asked Olga to simply let me know if they would be arriving at a time other than 11:30 so that I could plan. Yesterday, without notice they arrived one hour early. I let her know I was not pleased and that I needed notice. (I have been working out and needed to shower.) I also pointed out one piece of furniture that had been missed the time before. She said they would leave and come back. I told her "no" since they were already here. She insisted, I said no again, she insisted again and I finally said "ok" since it was awkward showering and dressing with them in my house. SHE NEVER RETURNED!!! After a long day, I came home to my house the way I had left it (and I leave it clean enough that my husband thought it had been cleaned!) I called her wondering if they were okay and what had happened. Olga proceeded to tell me off, she said she was not "happy to do my house" and she would not be back. I am left with a dirty house and a party this weekend for which I now have to clean! I told her this was a very unprofessional way to leave the relationship. Update 1/16/11:I already submitted one report but feel compelled to make an addition. My husband just found some very bad scratches in the new top on our built in entertainment center. Apparently the decorative item (a magnum of wine) was slid around to be dusted instead of lifted, therefore leaving many deep scratches in what was a perfect piece of wood. We are very upset.

We had tried several cleaners over the years and never found one that we were comfortable with and performed to our expectations. Olga and Jorge are very kind, considerate people who do an excellent job cleaning our house. We have recommended them to several neighbors who are also very happy with their service.

I have used a number of different cleaning companies in the Seattle area over the past 6 years and Cali Cleaners are hands down the very best!! They do an excellent and thorough job, are friendly, polite, and always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I've had to change scheduled cleaning dates a number of times and Olga is always responsive and accommodating to my schedule. This is a family owned business; both Olga and her husband are typically present at every cleaning and I believe this is what makes the difference in the quality of work. They are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking house cleaning from a top quality and professional cleaning service.
Description of Work: thoroughly clean a 3-story, 4-bathroom, 4 bedroom, 2600 square foot home every 3-4 weeks.

They're very reliable and flexible with scheduling, hard working, efficient, and do a consistent good job with the cleaning. We have a fairly large house and some time-consuming items (such as lots of wood blinds and wood moldings to dust). Olga's communication skills are excellent.

Each week they do the normal tasks, vacuum, wash and wax all floors, complete cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms and then get the hard to reach places like fans and lights in our 14ft ceilings. Olga even came and visited my home 2x for consultation (once prior to furniture arriving and once after) and she does not live close to me. I started using her for my rental properties but I was so impressed with her I thought I would give her a try for my own home and am very pleased with the results. So, I e-mailed them and she got back to me through an e-mail to setup the time to come out but never showed up. We agreed after 6.30 on a Monday night and she never showed and never called. She was the number one on my list but things didn't materialize.

+ -1 moreOlga and Imelda arrived right on time. They even called me the day of the cleaning and offered to start earlier, but I was not able to be at home earlier. They started immediately and spent 5-1/2 hours cleaning every surface in the house. I haven't seen our house look so clean since we moved in -- it just sparkles! I especially like the kitchen -- it's 20 years old and looks new. The hardwood floors in the kitchen and front entry were cleaned up beautifully. In addition to working hard, Olga and Imelda are very nice people whom you can trust. I left them alone over an hour to run an errand and didn't need to worry at all! If I need housecleaning again, I will definitely call Olga at Cali Cleaners.
Description of Work: We asked Olga at Cali Cleaners to do a top-to-bottom deep cleaning of our house. They swept rugs and dusted and cleaned all surfaces in the house, including woodwork, hardwood and tile floors, walls where needed, kitchen cabinets, appliances, wood furniture, etc. They cleaned both upstairs and downstairs living areas, including a kitchen, family room, 2-1/2 bathrooms, a master bedroom, a spare bedroom, a utility room, hallways, and entryways.

+ -1 moreWe hired Cali Cleaners to come in & spruce up our new home before we had our first family visit. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. A few days later she came by to walk through and we discussed what I wanted done. Soon after our meeting Olga emailed me an estimate of 4 hours to do the work. We then scheduled Olga & her two workers to come the following week, just before our family was to arrive. Olga & her crew did a great job. They showed up on time, were very professional & thorough, they even cleaned the dishes we'd left in the sink. It only took them 3.5 hours, a bit under estimate & our home looked better than when we first moved in.
Description of Work: Cleaned hardwood & laminate floors, dusted everything (light fixtures, walls & baseboards), washed windows & cleaned out windowsills of 2200 sf house. Thoroughly cleaned our 2.75 bathrooms. In the kitchen they cleaned the microwave, fridge, and wiped down all of the cabinet doors & counter tops.
