Description of Work: Bob is great. I've used him a couple of times in the last 10 years or so. The last time he installed a dishwasher for me and while he was doing it he showed me how to do it myself. Since then I've installed three or four on my own.

 + 2 moreHe is an amazing guy who I completely trust even to the point of giving him the keys. He is so efficient and is so highly competent. It's fixed and I never have to call him back. My tenants have never complained about him. He fixes just about everything.
Description of Work: I use this guy to work on my duplex for all my repair needs. This includes doors, changing locks, recaulked bathrooms, unplugged drains, toilets, fixed garbage disposals and some light electrical work, and drywall among others.

 + 3 moreI thought the price was fair, but my husband thought it was too high. He wasn't aggressive. He was consistent with keeping in touch with us. If I lost contact with him he would check in, but he wasn't nagging about it. He did a good job. I used him several years ago to clean my windows. I was happy with the work. It was done quickly, professionally, and very well. He was very reliable. If he said he would do something, then he was right there. He was very prompt with his responses and work that he did. I will use him again.
Description of Work: I hired Bob's Fix-It Handyman to clean up my yard, roof, and gutters. My husband was so happy with this work, he asked him to come back out and trim our hedge. I also have used him to wash our windows in the past.

Heavy rains had caused a leak in a window by our front door, and he was the only one of four repairman I contacted who was able to come out the day I called (even moved the appointment up when his schedule shifted). I was very impressed with his thorough inspection of the area to try and locate the true source of the problem - including dragging over our hose to spray water on the area when he couldn't pinpoint the problem from just looking and pouring a little water. He clearly explained what he thought the issue was and how he proposed to fix it on the spot. He worked quickly and neatly and the repair is tidy. Thanks so much!
Description of Work: Located and sealed a leak in flashing over a gutter and sealed the top of a nearby window which was leaking as a result of the flashing leak.

 + -1 moreHe always does good work. He is very efficient and gets the job done very quickly so that you are not paying for any more time than you should. There was once a leak in the pipe that he had fixed and so he came and repaired it for free.
Description of Work: We have been using Bob's Fix-It for many years. He has done simple jobs like changing light bulbs, fixed our appliances and installed a new shower.
