American Abatement and Demo provided excellent service for us cleaning and servicing a crawlspace. The crawlspace was very tight, but the work was done quickly and professionally. Their quote came in much lower than other companies in the area and were even able to handle asbestos without issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The men were very professional. I appreciated that they explained what they were going to do and how they would do it. I felt they went out of their way to explain everything and assume me that all precautions were being taken. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

It went really fast. They were on time, got the job done professionally, and the owner was kind.

These folks are GREAT! We had some materials contining asbestos (encased, not loose) that we needed removed and disposed of. From my very first contact, through completion of the job, they were vrey professional, knowledable, and helpful. Aaron asked all the questions he should have and sked to come out and take a look at what we had to be sure they gave an accurate estimate. The inspection happened the day after we spoke. Once they inspected the materials and knew what we needed, Aaron was there the VERY NEXT DAY and had the job finished quickly and efficiently. Great Service!! Great People!! We will absolutely use them again in the future and we recommend them highly!

American Abatement and Demo was a pleasure to work with. They were kind enough to visit a home we were interested in purchasing and inspected the attic insulation to confirm it was potentially an asbestos material - all free of charge. They provided a quote for abatement and walked us through the process so we knew what we were getting into before the purchase. This helped us negotiate down the price of the house - and we received a seller's credit equal to the cost of the planned abatement! After the purchase we had AAD remove the vermiculite from our attic and the job was done cleanly and efficiently. A small amount of damage was done to some ceiling sheetrock and as soon as we let Aaron know about it, he showed up personally on a Saturday to complete the repair himself. On top of that, Aaron provided guidance and instruction on other projects we were working on around the house, including removal of popcorn ceiling material, and advised how best to protect ourselves and our carpets throughout the process. Again, no charge for any of this, just friendly helpful advice from an expert. Overall, AAD was everything you could ask for in an abatement service provider. Our house is now free from asbestos but we would not hesitate to have them complete other work for us if ever we needed it. Thank you to Aaron, Mari and the crew!

I will have to say, "I couldn't believe it"! There are still companies that actually care about their customers and prove it! This company... Aaron, his son, and his crew went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they do everything per code and had it looking amazing for a home that was burnt almost to the ground.... they got rid of everything that was burnt/destroyed and considered garbage even though it wasn't on the contract. They were moving a safe out of my master bedroom in which they found $350 cash. When I went to pay Aaron.. he said, "I have some money for you as well". That's when he handed me the $350 dollars and told me it was under or around the safe when they moved it. In this day and age I was very surprised how honest this company was. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone... not only for the price but, for the professionalism, integrity, compassion, and honest hard work that Aaron and his company performed. American Abatement & Demo were very easy to work with, being very open and informative about what they needed from us in order to do what we needed them to do. The work was easily scheduled. The workers were respectful of our home, our time, and of us. The work site was left clean, the entire area remained clean and dust-free. The owners were very personable and honest. We highly recommend this company.

It was a good service. They removed all the asbestos, showed up on time and good communication. I didn't like that the attic was not cleaned completely. Things were left hanging with dust on it which likely has some asbestos in it. I wish they had walked me through how to take care of the paperwork for the state as it is a bit completed. Overall they did a decent job and they completed it quickly.

They were there when they were supposed to be and finished when they were supposed to. They did a good job.

They did the job quick and efficient and everything went really well.
