Joe and crew showed up on time and worked hard all day. They had some very large and very heavy items to move and took it all with no complaints or damage. We were very happy with them and the job that was done. It took all day and they stayed until nearly 7:00 to get it done! We appreciate the job they did for us.

I had called to see if they could move a new elliptical that was on a pallet from my garage to my daylight basement. Which I was concerned as the pallet jack had to be maneuvered over grass to the back yard and into my basement. They were very prompt and professional. Not only did the they move it, but unloaded it from all the packing material from the pallet and placed it in the direction where I wanted it. Joe and Joe were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. We will use their services again. Thank you.

Joe, Victor and Brandon arrived on time and went right to work. We have 20 years and 2100 sq ft of stuff...furniture (too much), tons of books, exercise equipment, just about everything you could think of. No stopping for the 3 of them, going up and down stairs, not a peep of complaint, they were all very friendly and willing to do the job. They moved everything to 3 pods. Joe did a walk through the house and knew how he wanted everything stored. Nothing is going to move or fall in those pods, what a engineer! Found Joe thru Angie's list, didn't even bother getting an estimate from anywhere else. Just by talking to him on the phone, he knew what he was talking about. The reviews for him are right on. He even gave us advice on what to put under the furniture when the flooring is done. We'll be seeing Joe in about 6 weeks, when we are ready to move back in.

From the estimate to the completion of the move, everything went as expected. Joe's estimate was pretty much dead-on as far as time needed to complete the move. Aloha Joe bills by the hour and I think we were over by 1 hour of the estimated time. When it was apparent we would be over, Aloha Joe gave us an option of finishing up the work for the extra money or finishing up ourselves. We opted to pay for the additional hour. The crew was on time and very professional and super accommodating. The guys disassembled and re-assembled several pieces of furniture. The guys were very careful with our furniture and were willing to work with us getting everything placed perfectly in the new home. We absolutely loved working with them and if we ever move again in the area, we will absolutely contact Aloha Joe's again. Moving is generally not a great time, but working with the Aloha Joe crew made it fairly entertaining and much speedier They also took great care of my 6' plus avocado tree. Some tips for working with Aloha Joe: Be organized - have boxes packed and marked so they can be placed in the correct spots at the new place. We labeled all the rooms in the new house to match the labels on the boxes and it really sped up the process. We also labeled the spots for our furniture in the new house and that also sped things up. Be prepared to work along with the Joes. The crew will let you help load and carry and again, that moves things along. Show Joe Ness everything you plan to move. Open all the closets and cupboards. Show him the garage and out buildings if applicable. All of this information feeds into the estimate and the more he knows about yoru needs, the better/closer the estimate. As I noted, we ended up being about an hour off which I thought was pretty good. It was a very positive experience and I would highly, highly recommend Aloha Joe moving.

Joe called me back quickly and set up my move. He came early on Saturday after explaining that he'd appreciate it if the move could happen in the morning because his daughter's graduation party was that afternoon - I am so grateful that he was flexible and fit me in last minute like that!. Joe came with two other workers and moved all the boxes, beds, furniture from my house into my new place including my hefty Tempurpedic king mattress. They even rearranged some furniture to help me with staging my house to sell. They were careful, courteous and funny. I would definitely hire them again.

Joe and his team showed up 10 minutes early and ready to work. They wasted no time in getting the job done, never stood around, always moving things into the truck. Driving from one location to the other, they where no delays, they where right behind me.

The movers were very flexible with us as our closing date kept on changing. They were very prompt and moved quickly. the estimate was right on and there were no hidden charges. Joe is great, very professional, clean and him and his team work fast. I would recommend them to everyone.

I love it when things so smooth and Joe made it happen. We did some of the moving ourselves, but still had quite of large stuff. They arrived on-time, were careful with our antiques and moved quickly. They were on an hourly rate, but they didn't stand still and earned their money. We were pleasantly surprised to see how inexpensive the bill came to. We have since used him for our business, and referred him out. We highly recommend him.

Went great. Joe is incredibly professional. He came and did an initial assessment and bid. He was honest and direct. A little pricey, but I've dealt with crappy movers before and the reliability is worth every penny.
