My service-person Dutch was an experienced worker with many years of experience. He was familiar with my model of electric furnace. Dutch explained what the problem was and fixed the furnace instead of recommending a furnace replacement.

Our service porvider arrived on time. He had "booties" to keep from soiling the floor. (Not that his shoes were dirty.) He was friendly but business-like and respected my time and treated me professionally. He went about his business in a quiet and respectful manner. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable being a woman alone in the house with him. He went immediately out to the garage to examine the furnace and then measured items

I really like the guy, the job he did and the way he was communicating what he was doing, and he asked me to have the filter changed after 3 or 4 months, he gave me the size and everything. Wow, can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, the effort and hard work that was put forth, the knowledge of the service person , etc. I would gladly recommend this company to friends and family and will do just that!! I have already made a follow up appointment for refrigerant to be added to the air conditioner. Level of service was very impressive and not something you see a lot these days. This company should continue to do well with this level of service!

The tech discovered that the heat exchanger on my 30 year old furnace was cracked and recommended replacement of the furnace. I received a very reasonable quote from them the following day with several options and prices to consider. They were very professional and even showed up a bit early! I will likely take them up on their bid to replace my dead furnace. Will definitely use them again to perform routine maintenance and inspection- they were very thorough and explained in detail what they found.

They were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 12. I asked them to call me when he was on his way, so I could come back from work to meet him. He arrived just after 9:00, but they didn't call me until after he was there waiting for me. The maintenance work was fast, thorough, and professional.

It went very well. He was punctual and seemed to know what he was doing. He gave me a full report of what was going on with the furnace. I signed up to use them again next year.

Bought a new house in December. It was perfect, but the house had oil heat, with no gas service available to the house. I decided to pull the oil furnace and have a heat pump (and air-handler, heat strips, air purifier) installed. A friend of mine referred me to Chris at AllRed Heating, as he's had AllRed install heat pumps at about 5-6 different investment properties and homes, and swore by their work, even driving me over to a couple of his properties so I could see some in person. Then he showed me the power bill and I was sold. Comfortable heat in the rainy 39-degree Seattle winter for $50/mo? Hello! I still got 3 independent bids, one from a Carrier dealer, one from a York dealer, and one from Chris at AllRed. The Carrier dealer was higher, the York dealer was lower, but neither could handle the electrical work, which costs about $3500 from a licensed electrician (3 quotes on that as well). In the end, what sold me was that Chris was the penultimate professional. He gave me 10 different quotes, as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. He always returned my calls promptly, answered 10,000 questions in-depth, and worked with me to find the perfect solution, even working with me on the price and getting it into my budget. He also gave me some insight into the oil tank removal process that saved me a LOT of time, money and problems. The installation took approx 3 business days and AllRed handled pulling all required permits and inspections. Along the way, Chris kept me updated with status. When they were done, they left the site pretty clean, a little bit of trash to clean-up (some wire and plastic plumbing scraps) but nothing too major. The heat pump itself is awesome, and the workmanship of the install is pretty high. Where there was once a nasty smoke-spewing dollar-burning oil furnace, there is now a clean, efficient air handler. The heat pump itself is installed next to my garage, behind a fence on a concrete pad. I never hear or notice the heat pump. It just works. And it works great.

It was obvious the technician was experienced, (I can't remember his name). He explained what he had discovered, (the fractured part), and replace it. Part was replaced, furnace ignited and now I have a comfortably warm house. The technician was courteous, very likeable and professional! Nice man. I would ask for him again.

The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He spent approx an hour on the maintenance/check out of the furnace. This is by far the longest time we've ever had for an annual furnace check up/maintenance. Usually they last about 30 minutes. Upon completion we were provided a written, itemized list of what was checked and the results. He made the comment that the burners did not appear to have been removed and cleaned in years (even though we've had service by other companies). He told us the unit had outlived it's life expectancy, but that everything was in good working order and he had no recommended repairs. He told us some things to look for to help in telling when it needs to be replaced but that there was no reason to do that at the present time. We definitely felt that he took an honest look at the unit, checked it out and did not try to sell us repairs, services, or a new unit that is not currently required. In the past, everyone has always said it was old and they have a special going on if we want to replace it. Very pleasant to do business with this technician. We'd highly recommend this company and when it does come time to replace the unit, we will definitely contact this company.

I was able to get service the same day. The technician arrived within the window of time scheduled. The technician explained the diagnosis and patiently answered my questions. He was friendly, clean, and was able to make a diagnosis and repair of the furnace issue which was minor. I would have this company out again.

Checked out furnace, replaced a part. Provided maintenance on the gas fireplace, and gave suggestions on placing switch for blower next to on/off fireplace switch (blower switch is underneath the fireplace and is not easily accessible.Work was well done, and I would definitely use their service again.
