It was great! He was here on time, put down corner protection, and went to work. He was very professional and friendly. Carpets and chairs both look great and dried quickly. Will absolutely use them again!

Same thing as the Zimp Inc., the reason we did not have Zimp Inc. because they did not have people to do the work, so, that was unusual to people. It was good. It was $150 range.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get a time scheduled within the week. Due to an unexpected medical appt., I had to call back to reschedule. Once again, he was able to get a convenient appt time right away. I have used All Pro for years. Rob always arrives right on time. He checks with me to see if I know of any problem areas, then checks for any spots and pre-treats them. He is very careful not to let his equipment cause any damage to your house by using corner protectors. He also puts styrofoam blocks under any wood chair legs to keep any stain from transferring to the carpet. His price is very fair and my carpets always turn out great. I just don't even think of using another company.

All Pro is my regular carpet cleaner and has been for at least 6 years. Rob comes at least twice a year. His price is super reasonable and his work has always been excellent. I trust Rob completely and have even given him my house key if I am not going to be home. I have recommended him to many of my friends and co workers with everyone being as pleased with All Pro as I have been. I have never before had a regular carpet cleaner but with Rob in business I will never go with anyone else.

Just bought a house that is about 5 years old. The carpets never looked like they where cleaned, had mild spot's/stains in it. I called Rob on Monday and he quoted me the price of the special that was running through the coupon that came in the mail. He was able to come out the next day, was on-time and actually called and showed up early! Big plus for me! Quality work was done in a timely fashion. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't want, just came in and did what was asked. Also the carpet came out real nice! Was able to remove 99% of everything! I will defiantly use there services again!

It went well. My wife was there and I wasn't, but she told me it went very well. We have little ones running around and they dealt with that quite well, so we're happy. We paid what our estimate was, as there were no surprises.

They are very careful about our furniture, the clean up and everything. The price is reasonable.

We bought a 5 year old home with cream colored carpet. I was skeptical the carpet would come clean. I called two other companies and received bids of $385 and $400. Found All Pro through val-pak. I was a bit nervous since their bid of $199 was so much less than the others and included stairs and stain treatment at no additional cost. Rob at All Pro did an excellent job using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. All the stains were removed and the carpet looks great. Also gave me tips on spot-cleaning.

THE PEOPLE WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFECTIVE. THE OVERALL PROCESS WAS GOOD BUT SOME OF THE OLD PET STAINS DID NOT COME OUT. I FEEL WE GOT OUR MONEY'S WORTH.

THE GUY THEY SENT US WAS VERY POLITE. THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT. TTHERER WAS ALSMOT NO SMELL AND THE SEMLL THAT WAS THERE WAS BARELY DETECTABLE.

WE HAD OUR ENTIRE 3000 SQ FT OF CARPETING STEAM CLEANED, INCLUDING STAIRS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INCREDIBLY PRICED. THEY ARE LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED AND THAT REALLY MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND ARE NICE PEOPLE.

GENTLEMAN ARRIVED AT AGREED TIME AND WAS VERY PROFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE IN THE WORK HE WAS HIRED TO DO. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED SURPRISINGLY QUICKLY AND WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS TIMELY IN ARRIVING ON TIME, WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY. TOOK EXTRA PRECAUTIONS TO MAKE SURE HE DIDN'T SCRATCH FURNITURE OR HARDWOOD FLOORS. WORKED DILIGENTLY AND THOROUGHLY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
