Phone appointment was courteous and professional, despite calling early on a Saturday. We were told the driver had two calls scheduled in the morning and he would likely arrive not long after lunchtime. His previous calls took longer than anticipated; my only very mild criticism was that it would have been ideal to receive an update that he was running somewhat late. He and an assistant arrived about 2:30 p.m. The service was professional and thorough. He determined the problem relatively quickly and resolved it, explaining each step in his process. He skimmed and bagged chunks of solidified grease and even took it with him for disposal. We were very satisfied and made a note to call the company again if we have future septic problems.

They pumped two of our septic tanks. Great service and informative.

I was extremely pleased with the work they performed, especially on the second job to fix the drainage problem. I looked high and low for another company to at least provide an estimate, but there were none that had the necessary equipment to do the job properly. Not only did they clean out all the mud from the pipe that was packed in there, but they put in a new device to the down spout to drain all the water into the dry well so it wouldn't just spill out into the driveway. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally. We were given the advertised 5% senior discount as well which was a bonus!

My septic tank backed up and I had it pumped out. I tried to "snake" the outlet pipe but only made it 1 1/2 feet so I knew it had collapsed. I knew this was a bigger project than I wanted to handle so I got on AngiesList and found "A Advanced Septic". They had GREAT reviews so I gave them a call. Within 2 hours Bob was in my front yard. He quickly explained what needed to be done. I asked him about 2 small trees that the previous owners had planted right next to the septic tank ( a no-no) and he said "no problem" they would remove them. He quoted me a price and said his guys could be on site at 9:00am the next morning. At 8:45 the next morning Bobby and Taylor arrived....... BTW it was 18* degrees out!!!!! These 2 gentlemen are 2 of the hardest working guys I have seen in a long time. Despite the cold they worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They were very friendly and took time to explain each step of the repair process. All repairs I described above were professionaly completed. All repair materials were in their truck so there was no running to the store for parts. Their attention to detail was amazing. Each hole dug in the yard was re-filled and the sod preciesly placed back on top. Then they raked the area. Sidewalks were swept clean, all garbage and debri were removed. Outstanding work performed by outstanding people!

I had recently received a rental house from my deceased father. I didn't have a lot of money or experience in septic systems or sewer connections. After consulting about 4 services, I decided upon A-Advanced Septic. They were prompt, professional and very good to work with. I live an hour away from the property. Bob Howard, who handled the project did an excellent job of explaining all the technical stuff to me and walking me through every step of the way. I tried to get a sewer system designed to go through the neighbor's yard which would allow them to connect when they needed to saving them some costs. Bob Howard was willing to go to each of the neighbors and consult with them about the project. Unfortunately, the some of the neighbors were not willing to grant easements. Bob was able to work with the Sewer District to come up with an alternative solution try to save on costs. He also understood that I had renters put up in a hotel until they were connected and that this was costing me money every day. Bob Howard / A-Advance Septic was able to have all the meetings with the Sewer District to complete the project without me taking time from work. I was able to go and see the work that was being done and saw that they had all the proper safety measures as the roadwork was being done. Anytime, I called Bob, he was right there are called me back immediately. He has really good communication and customer service skills. His team of people was able to get the renters back in before the 4th of July. He took extra time to work with any questions and was able to show me exactly how the new system work. It is difficult to know what to do and where to put you money when sewer connections are totally out of my league. I felt best with A-Advanced Septic as they seem to have considerable knowledge of what they were doing, they were able to work fast and they were aware of my cost limitations.

All went fairly well! The first visit was very informative and the second visit was for future convenience. I id have an extra charge for a piece to make the riser fit that I feel should have been apparent in the bid as we had it all uncovered on the first visit. The guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, I will definitely use them again.

They were very responsiveness and did a good job. The problem I experienced is that they kept under-estimating the time they would show up. I had an afternoon appointment and I called about 3:30pm to ee if they were still coming. Finally I got a call at 4pm that they were behind and they estimated they would be finished in 2 hours (6pm). I didn't get another call until 7:30pm that it there job went late and they wouldn't make it out tonight. I got a call in the morning saying they estimated to be out between 10 and 10:30am. I got another call at 11:30am saying they would be out in 30 minutes. Finally I called the Company to cancel my appointment at 1pm because no one had yet shown up. While I was on the phone, the driver showed up. They reduced my pumping cost by $25 for the inconvenienced they caused. Other than the inconvenience of them not showing up when they say they will, everyone was curteous and professional.

My septic system failed the inspection by another company who told me I need a new drain field. A Advanced Septic thinks it is repairable. Their crew is very competent and professional. It took a full day to get repair work done with job site clean. It has passed inspection. Thanks for the good work.

I had problems with our septic service and was told by another company that we had a drain field problem. They recommended A Advanced Septic Service. I called them , they came out and assessed the problem and gave us a bid. They were also very patient about answering my many questions. Two men worked most of a day and did a great job. They were very prompt, courteous and the site was left clean. The price was very reasonable and the work guaranteed. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I was having serious problems with my system. It was backing up into my home ( which is foul)! I called a couple other companies and they gave me the run around. Finally when I called A Advanced Septic, they gave me up front pricing and full customer service. Within 2 hours they were at my house, fixing my problem. I still need more work done, but they knew I was on a tight budget and didn't try to force me to buy more services. They are very respectful and are very customer oriented. I won't call anybody else.
