They fit me in for a late morning appointment the very next day. They called me and told me exactly when they'd be arriving. Pulled up in front of the house and came to the back yard to survey the problem. Reaching into the second chamber to pull up the outlet filter, the tech announced his very welcome diagnosis, I only needed a filter cleaning and not a pumping. He then showed me how to pull the filter every 6 months to clean it and made recommendations for better types of filters and better covers for my system. Instead of a $400+ pumping, I paid a modest service call. I feel as though he didn't just give me help, he "taught me how to fish."

First, I had to directly contact the provider for scheduling (They claimed not to have received service order for Angie's List.) Second, I was not informed technician was running late. He did arrive an hour after the window. The technician was competent, and did an excellent job, leaving the tank uncovered for the ease of installing risers (also from A Advanced Septic Services, Inc.). **** 8/22/2016**** I just received a bill for an additional $66.80. After an unsatisfying conversation with (office manager?) I did get a callback from the owner (Joshua), who agreed to void the extra amount and cancel the order for the risers installation. Leaving me to go out and manually fill in the hole in my back yard. I'm sorry, but it's like being charged an extra $20 for opening the oil cap during an oil change and the cap left off.

It could not have been better. What a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. The owner, Andrew, is very professional and personable. His entire crew, 9 in total, that we came in contact with were all very polite, answered all questions, offered information, and were extremely hard-working people. They made sure they left our yard safe at the end of the day while they were still trenching. They cleaned up after themselves and left minimal disruption in our yard. It took three days for the entire project to be completed. They were on-time every morning. You will not find a better company. We highly recommend A-Advanced Septic for any of their services. They did a good job, we found out my tank was buried, so they helped install the risers and get the system up to spec for future maintenance. Timely professional, uniike the previous company who just pumped my pump tank and called it good. They actually did the extra mile and made sure it was done right. The riser install added a lot of cost to the project but lucky it all worked out.

Aaron called at 7:30am to let us know they were on the way. They showed up promptly at 8am and got to work. Taylor and Aaron were professional polite and worked hard all day. I hovered and asked a lot of questions but that didn't seem to bother them. These guys are the real deal. They not only made my septic system like new again but they put my yard back together as if nothing had ever happened.

Brad informed me that our septic tank had a leak. I received a $1500. estimate for repairs which I realized later was actually an authorization to complete the work. I was notified that this leak would be reported to the health department. I was also told that if I did not have the repairs completed the health department would force us to fix it. I was not convinced of the leak based on the demonstration given when they sprayed water into the tank. I did not schedule any work to be performed and was surprised to have a truck at my door the next morning. I refused their attempt to repair it before I could have another company inspect it. We did not follow thru with the sale of the home and checked the tank for several months. It was not leaking. In May 2015 we had another septic company come out and they also found no leak in the tank and it was full. The tank pumping report that A Advanced submitted to the health dept. in August 2012 had no indication that there was a leak in the tank. The drain field was inspected by the health department and we sold the home.

My tank was hard to find at first and they were great at locating it. They pumped the tank and were very helpful and professional. I would use them again.

Septic started backing up on a rental house I own. I had three different companies look at it, and I received three very different proposals. Highest was for an all new high end system that would have cost about $20k. (After accounting for things they were excluding like repairing the driveway they wanted to tear up.) They next was about $12k for a new system but just not as fancy. I called AAdvanced and their estimator agreed to meet me the next day. He arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable. He was very clear on what needed to be done, the limitations, and when the work could begin. I gave them a notice to proceed, their workers arrived as scheduled.

Initial crew arrived as scheduled to pump the tank in preparation of any work that needed to be done. The second crew arrived shortly after and began excavation of the existing system. When the assessment was completed, they showed me what they had found and outlined the solution. The guys worked late, but got the job done in one day with now issues or surprises. The work was done professionally and the yard left clean and ready for topsoil. This is an honest, hard working group of individuals that had been recommended to me by family and I would do the same to anybody looking for someone to do septic work.

I am very happy with the customer service provided by A Advanced Septic. When I initially called to schedule an appointment they ran through a few items to validate before scheduling the job (e.g. check the breaker) to ensure I didn't incur any unnecessary expense. They were able to make it out the very next day and quickly identify and resolve the issue (water in the electrical box) and confirmed that the pump looked great and that I have lots of life left in it. The only drawback is the price. I was happy with the cost of troubleshooting, but think the price to pump in order to troubleshoot (411 of the bill) seemed high for such a small tank.

. Septic backed up last night. Called this am for appointment. Rapid response! Set appt for 12 to 1. Called and arrived at 11:30. Two very knowledgeable brothers. Very polite and professional. Will definitely call when it needs pumping!

Firstly, I used A Advanced Septic due to all of the high reviews on Angie's List. Unfortunately my experience was very frustrating. As an initial note, I was present for the entire service. I didn't shy away from the show as I wanted to observe everything. The two individuals that arrived were courteous, and quickly proceeded to pull the main tank lid and pump the liquids and solids. During pumping one of the individuals made the the scary 'uh-oh' sound which was followed by 'your drainfield is leaking back into your tank'. I did see water continually dripping from where the front lid area was. I asked about the front tank lid location and they informed me there is a second baffle in that area to again ensure no solids made their way into the field. So to summarize, I was told I'd need about $3,800 in work to jett the system (as needed), repair pipe (as needed), install another riser, INSTALL AN OUTLET FILTER (caps cause I'll come back to this), install vents in the drainfield, and return material to existing locations post work. After that I did some research to understand costs for things like jetting and filters, all showing much less expensive than quoted to me. Now, granted I know there can be lots of unknown work to be done, but I was more concerned that it was all bucketed as one price without any note on findings with potential trailing costs. At this point I hired another septic inspector to come out and review the system. Low and behold the A Advanced Septic guys never even pulled the front cap, because when this inspector did, what did he see....an existing outlet filter that I was to be charged for! After complete inspection including a flow test it was shown that my septic system was working in perfect condition! He also took photos of all items from within the tank the A Advanced didn't do, don't know if that's required but just noted. The 'water flowing back into the tank' was purely water dripping off the existing filter that they had never checked for and claimed wasn't there. Obviously a lot of frustration here, and I'm not claiming some form of attempted scheme to defraud an unknowing homeowner, but the only other possibility is lack of training, incompetence, or jut pure laziness to complete the inspection. Better that I was out another $300 for a second visit and inspection, than $3,800 for unnecessary work.

I was able to schedule the pumping and inspection within a couple days of my initial call. Which in the spring is unheard of. Most companies are two to three weeks out. To start out, that was great. We had found one lid ourselves and uncovered that. We did not know we needed to uncover the other lid. They did tell us, but we didnt listen. When the driver came out he had to uncover the other lid. It took him no time at all. He pumped the tank, took time to explain that the "filter" in between one tank to the other needed to be cleaned out every six months. The previous owners did not do this, so it was a mess. He also found that the floats in the second tank were not on the pump outlet tube correctly and fixed that very fast also. He was so fast and knowledgeable. I was so impressed. My husband and I flip houses and have had done many of these septic pumpings for sales and I have never been really impressed with any one company. Either the price is too high or they are always two to three weeks out on their schedule. I am so impressed by both the price and their availability and their knowledge. We have used the large company that advertises on the side of the freeway and on the radio. They were so expensive and charged extra for a made up problem with my septic system. I will always use this company and will refer them to all of my contacts in the biz.

I called for help on 3/18/2015 and they gave me an appointment for the next day. They showed up, did the work, explained it in detail and were in and out in a couple of hours. The technicians they sent were friendly and quite competent. I was completely satisfied with the work.

Everything went fine. There were two gentlemen and they were professional, and polite .

I called A advanced Septic because I had water leaking from the manhole cover, and had no idea where the filter was. I called them at 1030 was told that they could not get there until after 1300, which I was fine with and was expecting to show around 3 or 4. Terry called me at 1330 and said he was 20 minutes out. when he arrived he quickly jumped right into it (the work not the tank) and showed me where the filter was located and how to pull it out and clean it off. which allowed the tank to start draining, he also checked the intake ad identified that there was no baffle in place and explained why that was important. he told me how much it would cost if he did not have to climb in the tank and how much it would cost if he had to, plus he reiterated the cost of the service call so I would know exactly how much I was paying total and asked me if I wanted him to proceed, which of course I did. He was done with the work by 1430, and then spent time explaining some do's and Don'ts and gave me literature on same subject. I was very impressed with the promptness of the service call and the work that needed to be completed, and as I informed Terry, being a new home owner to the area, When I find a service that I like I will continue to use them and communicate to friends and neighbors their service if needed.

We had been experiencing a slow drain (looking back, it was ongoing for a few months.. but most noticeably for the previous week) - after determining it wasn't in the house, septic tank was next option. I called, while recovering from bronchitis, on a Saturday afternoon - office staff was pleasant, asked questions and agreed it sounded like septic tank issue and let me know she probably wouldn't be able to get anyone out until the morning, but that she would call back to confirm. She did call back, confirmed for Sunday morning between 8 and 9 - I asked that the person coming out call first as I've been quite sick and didn't want to spread it - and he did. He found the issues, corrected them and pumped the tank (it was overdue anyway) all fairly quickly and professionally. We would definitely use them again and appreciate the willingness to make a few added calls to us in the process that I'd requested so that I could keep my germs to myself and be 'ready' for the services needed. Problem is solved - though we do have a bit of dug up area in the back-yard, pretty sure that's on us to do anyway. Would recommend and use again.

The company was absolutely outstanding. I had to coordinate everything from a distance and they made it very easy for me.

Sent somebody right away to check our septic tank, which we suspected was the reason for sewage backup. Turned out to be a simple issue - the vent needed to be cleaned. We are new to septic tanks, so it was really helpful to get this sorted so quickly.

Responded in a timely fashion. Explained problem and solution. Provided estimate and performed job within 2 days.

Amazing! Josh arrived just a few hours after my call yesterday. He came up with a diagnosis plan, which was completed early this morning by Jeremiah and AJ. Everyone patiently educated me about septic systems, maintenance, risks, benefits, options. In the end they were able to deliver good news. I certainly trusted their expertise and honesty, even if the news had been bad (expensive) I had the information I needed to make good decisions. What a pleasant family you are to do business with. Phone appointment was courteous and professional, despite calling early on a Saturday. We were told the driver had two calls scheduled in the morning and he would likely arrive not long after lunchtime. His previous calls took longer than anticipated; my only very mild criticism was that it would have been ideal to receive an update that he was running somewhat late. He and an assistant arrived about 2:30 p.m. The service was professional and thorough. He determined the problem relatively quickly and resolved it, explaining each step in his process. He skimmed and bagged chunks of solidified grease and even took it with him for disposal. We were very satisfied and made a note to call the company again if we have future septic problems.
