Description of Work: Our septic alarm had gone off, and though we were not having any apparent problems, it had been more than 12 years since installation. We found this contractor via Angie's list. He was available within 2 days. He was prompt, very courteous, had an incredibly long hose, so did not have to damage any of our flower beds or landscaping. He noted that pumping was due, though it was not a problem yet, and put us on a 7.5 year schedule. He quickly found the problem was a loose coupling on some piping which was allowing some water to flow backward enough to set off the alarm. Though he doesn't do repairs, he had a large wrench which my spouse used to tighten the connection and eliminate the problem. He arrived right on schedule and everything was completed in a short time. Terrific service!

Description of Work: My toilet was gurgling and not draining properly. They were next door on a call and said they would check on it after they completed their work. They found my septic tank didn't need to be pumped and that my drain line was sagging and off the supports. They adjusted the supports and leveled the line. It now drains fine and since they were next door their management said it was free.

Description of Work: Turned out I did not need my septic pumped, the septic breaker on my electrical panel had been turned off and I was charged $200 to turn it back on. Not very happy about that.
