Paul communicated ahead of time, exactly what would be done as well as communicated with our realtor. The inspection was very thorough. The report was very detailed. After delivering the report via the web, he called to tell us to look it over and then call him back with any and all questions. Paul then gave my husband a very thorough explanation of the report over the the phone. I have a family member planning to buy a house in the area soon and will be definitely using Paul again.

Paul performed a pre-purchase home inspection on a house and 2 large outbuildings. He is incredibly thorough! And such a nice person. $495 for a thorough 138pg inspection report, detailing a number of major problems that we wouldn't have known of and some of which would've likely been overlooked were it not for his high level of knowledge and keen eye.

He was very thorough and helpful. If you have any questions, he will happily answer them. We have hired him to inspect our first house we bought and he inspected our next house.

Extremely well. Paul was easy to contact, returned calls/correspondence timely, Showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do. Very rare in today's business environment. The inspection was very detailed, specific and informative. Needed corrective actions were explained very well and he was available to answer any questions I had.
