I found this company at the Seattle Home Show after comparing several different gutters with specialized methods for preventing debris from entering. This seemed to fit my application and Mike was here within a day or two to provide a quote for the work. He completed it within the time frame promised, but did not cut the fascia board as promised. A few days after he completed the job, there was a leak on one side which he came to repair. Then, I found that water was running under the gutter and on to the soffit board making dark mold marks. I called and even sent him pictures of the problem and he still has not returned any of my calls or e-mails. 6/8/11 These gutters have been a problem since I had them installed. I just had to replace my roof and the new contractor found that the 'Gutter Topper' system and been installed incorrectly and screws had been placed through the roof causing the leaks I've been seeing onto the soffit. Also, since it was installed incorrectly, debris has been getting in and clogging the gutters causing the water to propel off the corner of the house, eroding my landscape into my driveway. Since the 'Gutter Topper' is a permanent thing, one cannot get in there to clean the gutters. The new contractor simply removed them and threw them away.....kind of what I did with my money. I tried to mediate with this guy using the Better Business Bureau and he just stopped talking to them. So, they gave him a D. I wonder what you have to do for an F. I was left with $3,000.00 worth of damage in the form of new gutters.
