Watermark replaced the gutters on the house and shop. Professional from start to finish including contact, estimate, and gutter replacement. The crew worked quickly and professionally, and they cleaned up completely after finishing, including blowing off the roof so everything looked great. Extremely happy with the job. Highly recommend.

He put really long screws in the fascia board and he was supposed to cut them off but he never came back. He let me know that he had an illness in the family and wasn't able to come right away, which I was OK with, but several months later, he was still unresponsive.

The workmanship was great, gutters were sealed on the inside corners with caulk to prevent leaks and not marked up at all. The original appointment was missed due to poor weather, and the only reason that was a problem is because Watermark was a no-show on the date of the appointment - I had to call and find out why. The rescheduled appointment was kept (even though I could not be there) and everything looks like it went smooth. No debris/junk left behind either, which was really refreshing after some previous services I've had done at my house.

I was so pleased with the service they provided. We are attempting to update the 1950s house we bought and new gutters have gone a long way toward updating the outside. They were very professional and courteous, absolutely no complaints at all. We would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Watermark Gutters LLC was okay except for one item. He hasn't come back to finish up. He hasn't responded to us. I'm giving the guy a little bit of a doubt. It's been a little while now. He doesn't seem to get back to us. The gutters looked really nice and the insulation was fine but the only issue was they used two long screws through the fascia boards when they mounted it. So, I have big ends coming out of the fascia boards. We called them and let them know. I wanted to paint this year and I got screws sticking out. It tears up the hole and brushes real fast. So we let him know and he said he would clip the ends of and make it right. He said he would do it but he hasn't been back out yet. The thing is, he hasn't returned our call. The quality is fine. The product itself is good. I'm happy with the quality of the gutters. The follow-up is a little weak. The clean-up was good.

We contacted Jeff White on Monday morning concerning a gutter on our house that was bowed in the middle. He was in our immediate area and responded about 2 hours later. He surveyed the situation and made two suggestions.. (1) to remove the pins and straighten the gutter or, if that did not work (2) replace entire gutter. We went for the first option that worked well. He also cleaned out leaves in the gutter from the weekend windstorm. Very courteous and a fast worker. We plan to have him back next year to install a leaf system for us.

During this winter's snow storms, one of the gutters at the front of our house was partially pulled off by snow as it slid off the metal roof (mini avalanche!). A friend recommended we call Watermark Gutters as she had had a good experience with them. We called them for an estimate and they came out the same day by 10am to do the repair. Very good quality work and nice people!
