+ -1 moreReally well. From the first phone convo the rep had a solution so it wouldn’t need to be an urgent order. The followup was amazing for checking to see if we had heat. If the machine was working with the given temp fix until it could be addressed in person. Those at the house with the technician only had good positive and professional feedback!

+ 1 moreI hired them to install both heat and water heater as an replacement upgrade, they explained the whole process, were quick clean and efficient, they have also kept intouch and checked in to see everyting is operating as expected, who does that anymore! I have recomended them to several friends with same results, you never know whos doing your work, but Thomas Mechanical are my GO TO GUYS!
