Superior Insulation Products

My wife made an appointment for 10am today to get an estimate but they never showed up. They stood her up. I was googling their information today and noticed that they had a one star review which stated that they were a no show twice for another customer. They may do good work if you can get them to show up, I don't know.

Quote price was better than others. work crew did good job. There was little communication issue between sales person & work crew but Bob(sales person) fixed every issue. will ask job again with this company if I need other insulation.

I contacted several companies for quotes and was impressed with this company who was referred to me by a friend who is a contractor. They came out and gave me a guote which included sealing against pests. I had a problem in the past. After I OK'd the work they came out the day of the appointment promptly with three trucks and about 6 workers. The lead introduced himself and they got to work. The job only took a few hours with them all working. After they left I inspected and it looked fine to me. However, the lead came back with one crew saying he wanted to take a second look and did so, walking around the base of the house evidently to ensure all entry points were taken care of. Nice touch. I was pleased with the work done and would recommend them.
