Description of Work: They set up my computer in 2006 but it crashed this month. Ben came out but did't wait for me because I was late. I had a Dr. appointment. So we called today for him to put Windows 7 on my computer and he said it was to old and wouldn't come out and hung up on me. Very rude and I would'nt recommend him to anyone with that additude.

I tried to work with this client. I arrived onsite as scheduled and waited 25 minutes and attempted to call multiple times before I left. It was a late afternoon appointment and we were approaching overtime hours. I tried to call again after I got back to the shop. I had no idea about the doctor appointment. The client called me back a few days later, not in a good mood and chastised me for not waiting. The client then told me they wanted their almost five year old computer upgraded to Windows 7. I attempted to explain the compatibility issues and said Win 7 would not run on the PC. They didn't want to hear, or to understand and started being verbally aggressive. It would not be ethical for me to install Windows 7 on an older computer that has XP as it was too risky and could cost the client quite a bit of money. I attempted to explain this but the client was insistent that I try. At that point I told my client that I would not install Windows 7 on a computer that is not compatible and if they wanted it done it would be best to find someone else to do it, and I disconnected the call rather than continue to argue or to be talked to in such a manner. With over twelve years of experience, I have learned what to do and what not to do and if someone is going to go against my advice then it's better they find someone else to help them make the mess. I have not been in business for over eight years by being rude to clients. I cannot please everyone, and sometimes there are people that cannot be pleased no matter what. I do my best and I get a lot of compliments and referrals.

REALLY APPRECIATED THE HELP ON GETTING EVERYTHING RUNNING AND CLEANED UP. EVEN DID EXTRA AND EXPLAINED HOW TO DO IT OURSELVES, VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: HE CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE SINCE THE COMPUTER WAS FROZEN UP AND WE COULD NOT GET ON THE INTERNET. DID A SYSTEM CLEANUP AND REMOVED SPYWARE.
