Very well. He was willing to do both the front and the back.

Very good job. He was approx. 20 minutes late, but send a text to let me know. After completing the job he took pictures of moss areas growing on my roof strictly for my information, not to try to get more work. I would definitely hire again.

We had some trouble picking a date and time because of the snow. We had to reschedule several different times and he was very punctual getting back to me with different dates. When the snow finally melted we set a date and he showed up when he said he would. When he finished he mentioned that one of the gutters was coming loose from the house so he put in 2 longer screws to hold it in place (no extra charge) and mentioned that some of the shingles on the upper roof and holes that were left by the builder and never filled with silicone. He was very professional and polite and I would use him again.

Super professional. Prompt scheduling via email. We had to reschedule due to weather and he was on top of it. Showed up exactly on time, performed service exactly as promised, and also cleaned out a drain in my driveway for no additional charge. Very personable. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Amazing. Great equipment, hard worker, very personable. Unfortunately we live in West Seattle and he lives in Monroe so not workable distance wise for him in the future otherwise we'd be calling him for ourselves and recommending him to all our neighbors.

Austin came by in April and did the driveway but thought it was best to do the back deck when the weather was warmer & drier. He came back in July as promised and completed the job. He was very friendly, professional and did a great job!

Justin gave me an estimate & scheduled a day to do the work. He called ahead to let me know he was coming. He actually arrived a little early. He did all the work and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean he got everything; he found only part of the gutters needed cleaning, so he reduced the amount he charged me.

Great experience for me. Justin is knowledgeable, able and very careful in the execution of his work. I couldn't be more pleased with my driveway cleaning. My clean driveway has enhanced the curb appeal of the home to a greater extent than I would have expected. Justin also was able to provide a good wash to the sidewalk edge without harm to the delicate flowers growing nearby. I had expected the power wash would possibly destroy them. He is also a very nice person. I highly recommend Justin for power washing of a concrete driveway.

Because of all his great Angie's List reviews, I contacted him via messaging; He responded promptly and was (miraculously) able to come the very next day. He actually arrived a bit early. Justin is very personable, obviously takes great pride in his work and it shows! This is the best job I've ever had with power-washing. Looks brand new!! Will definitely use him again!

I left a message and Justin got back to me in a couple woods to set the appointment. We arrived on time, saw what the job entailed & got to work. He did a much better job than I have ever been able to do, so I am very happy!

The vinyl siding of our 2 story house was extremely filthy, having not been cleaned for over 10 years. The house is in the woods, so it had a lot of mildew, soot, spider webs and egg sacks, mold, and pine needles on the siding. Justin pressure-washed the exterior. It looks like new siding! In addition, he cleaned the exterior of the upper story windows, two long, multi-paneled sky lights that jut out over the first floor, and gutters that run the length of the skylights. Again, an excellent job. The entire job took about 5 1/2 hours. Justin was punctual and very easy to work with.

Justin initially stopped by and sized up the job and determined that he needed an attachment for his pressure washer to adequately do the job. He returned the next week and completely pressure washed the entire driveway. It was totally worth it and we would definitely use Sky Power Wash again.

Sky Power Wash did a FANTASTIC job! Typically I use a pressure washer and do it myself about 1 time per year on a hot day in the summer time, but over the past 1-1.5 years I just didn't have time. Our driveway had gotten pretty blackened and ugly looking due to dirt, mold, etc. The team came out and in one day's time (from the time I left for work around 8 AM until I returned after 5 PM) they knocked it out. It was like coming home to a brand new driveway. I highly recommend Sky Power Wash for your driveway too!

We originally contacted Sky Power Wash to come out and do some measurements on several areas that we were looking to get cleaned up after the winter. We agreed on a time and a date he would come out and measure. In the interim, I'd seen that he had a Coupon deal running, and thought the pricing was fair and so I purchased that Coupon. I'd also seen some other good Coupons out there from other Vendors for areas that I needed dealt with and purchased those as well. On the day he was due to come out and measure, he called and confirmed it was still OK to come out since the time had long since past. He came and did the measurements, dealing with my wife, and when he came back to confirm he was done my wife'd mentioned to him that I'd purchased other Deals for some of the areas he'd measured. His response to my wife at the time, "Well I can certainly meet and beat any of those prices, so he didn't really need to purchase them. He could've just told me and we'd have agreed at that time." My wife told him that she would certainly make certain that she spoke with me on that topic, and had me cancel the other Deals I purchased since she felt like he could use the work. A few days later, he gave me his bid, which was excessive. I later asked about the bid in light of the fact that I purchased the his coupon already... "Oh no," he said, "that was in addition to the deal that you have already purchased..." So at that point, I pretty much crossed him off the list, since his bid was significantly higher than 2 of the bids that I had received Later when I was ready to start scheduling this work, my wife'd brought up the conversation she'd had with Sky Wash and she encouraged me to give Sky Wash a chance. So I did, and I emailed him the various pricings that I'd gotten on the various aspects of the work that needed to be done. And since he'd offered to beat the price, I wasn't going to beat him up over it, and suggested a very low improvement on pricing would be sufficient. I was SHOCKED when he emailed me back and told me not only was he already busy enough (which seemed to indicate that his service, and his demeanor towards customers was proportional to his workload), and that he doesn't negotiate on pricing. In addition, he wasn't going to come and do the work that I'd purchased, and suggested I just get a refund through Angie's List. I'd never received such treatment from a service provider in the past, let alone one that basically begged my wife to cancel the other jobs and give him the work. So I reminded him that I wasn't negotiating pricing, that I was only giving him this option because he'd suggested it to my wife. In closing, be careful with the pricing and be prepared for him to mistreat you. If he is currently treating you well, be prepared for that to change in the event that he gets busy.

Justin arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He went right to work and in about 2 hours had completed a very thorough job. We will use him again!
