Description of Work: I used them for installation of a new boiler and hot water heater system. Their price was competitive and they initially got the system in and it appeared to be working fine. They had to come out three times to repair a leak. Each time they were less responsive. Then the exhaust duct came disconnected from the unit because it was improperly installed. This was discovered by the emergency technician from the gas company who came when my CO2 alarm went off. Then when I had another company out to test my back flow preventers they pointed out that the pumps were not installed correctly and that they hadn't installed an acid neutralizer in the drain line which will lead to corrosion of the cast iron pipes in my house. I confirmed these discrepancies with the manufacturers. After numerous calls they finally came to correct the pump installation but wouldn't replace the pump even though it had been operating in a defective manner for almost a year. They refused to install the acid neutralizer. I would not trust this company to do any kind of boiler work again.

He did 98% of everything he said he was going to do but, he promised to put in some vents in my cold air return and he said he would be back in 2 days and that was 3 months ago and I have heard nothing from him. So everything was good up to then. They did clean up after themselves. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I had Shannon Heights heating come and put in a new heat pump.
