The job included a lot of preparation to replace failed paint plus masking to avoid colors leaking onto other color paint, or windows, etc. Seattle Paint & Design applied comprehensive caulking and appropriate paint to the sides, soffitts, and top and bottom of the deck. The completed job was superior to prior exterior painting that was done to my home. There was one small element that needed attention and that was taken care of promptly and without hassle. Preparation was done as weather permitted, as was the case for finish coat painting.

From the time of estimate to completion of the project, Jeremy and team were always professional, punctual and in constant communication about status. They left everything cleaned up and the finished product looks great!

Jeremy's crew is the best. Started on time everyday and worked long days when required. Clean and neat with no over spray and crisp clean lines on the stripes. I have used Seattle Paint and Design on many jobs, none of them easy, and I have never been disappointed.

They did a perfect job as they had explained to us. They were pretty good. They also suggested many things to be done, but I told them that I would do it next time. I would use them again in the future. I would rate them high overall. The price was perfect for the job.

The painters did a marvelous job painting; they were clean and put everything back where it belonged, were careful around plants and gardens, were friendly to our dogs, making sure that they closed the gate each time to keep dogs in. Overall a highly satisfying job!

Our kitchen/powder room/laundry room/mudroom were outdated, so we heard through our designer of this contractor. The remodel originally consisted of gutting the kitchen, powder room and laundry room, replacing the flooring with tile, installing new cabinets, repainting all of the walls, some electrical and plumbing, installing all new track lighting and under cabinet lighting, refinishing the powder room with a new toilet, sink mirror and lighting, moving the washer and dryer, and installing a bench in the mud room. There bid was great and we ended up using them for the majority of our remodel. They were easy to work with and put in long days to get this done as quickly as possible. While we did run into a few snags (the joys of remodel), they made sure to give us options on what we could do to fix it. We ended up expanding our initial project and they were excellent about telling us the costs up front (we ended up having them replace all of the baseboards and paint the whole front of the house), which were very competitive. I wish I had them do the whole job (we had the flooring done by another company) as the quality of their work is excellent and they have experience doing most of the work in a remodel (electrical, painting, plumbing, flooring, cabinet installation, etc). I highly recommend Ethan and Rod to anybody looking for contractors who are easy to work with, upfront and honest, and will work as much as needed (regularly putting in 12 hour plus days) to get it done as quickly as possible.

I contacted Ethan at E & R Services. His bid was competitive, and his proposal was the most detailed and comprehensive compared to the other bidders. He was able to begin our project without delay. Once we chose our colors for the body, trim and front door, he sent Ken and Tony to paint small areas of the house with samples. We were picky about the door color, it looked a little too orange and we wanted a darker red. We had a sample we had got from a neighbor, and they were able to match it and it was exactly what we wanted. Ken and Tony worked full days every day except for a weekend break. They took the time to pay attention to every detail. They were friendly and polite and easy to talk to. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Ethan came by again after the job was done and walked with me around the house inspecting the work. The house actually looks better now than when it was new.

They did a terrific job. They were very tentative to the land lord's calls. They are both very nice gentlemen. Throughout the process there was a very high quality of work.

Ethan was very helpful in explaining what he could do for us and describing step by step what was going to happen while doing the job. The crew was very proffessional and respectful, aswell as very clean, they where very knowlegeable and educational on their exspertese in painting. I am scheduleing for a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel Ethan is coming out tomorrow to bid the job and give me my gift certificate to red lobster for the painting job on a rental property of mine.

This firm is very responsive and will do the work they have committed to. They came into a situation in which they were able to take on a partially finished project, worked well with the architect, hired additional excellent workers as needed, had creative solutions for difficult situations and created a beautiful product.

We were very happy with the over all quality of the paint job, They started on schedule and finished on time. Edwardo did the spary painting and some trim and Kassidy did some trim and the doors both did a very good job. They used Sherwin Williams Super paint (2coats). When finished all garbage was picked up and taken away. Kassidy was easy to deal with and kept us well informed as to how everything was going.

We had painted the trim ourselves and we had two garage walls that were in need of repair. We asked all the contractors to leave the two walls and the trim out of the estimate. Out of the three bids we recieved, Puget Paint was the only ones who acually listened to our request. My husband was able to repair one garage wall before they were scheduled to start work. When we asked them to paint that wall, they agreed without hesitation. They were fast and friendly. We are very pleased with their work. We are asking them to come back and give us a quote on interior painting. We highly recommend them.

The cedar shingles on our house were in pretty good shape, but the side with heavy sun exposure was starting to fade pretty dramatically in the last year. We decided to re-stain the whole house, to keep the color uniform, along with the three surrounding decks and the front door. Kassidy gave us a detailed estimate for pressure washing, prepping and staining, with an option for adding the front fence, which he pointed out to me was molding. We went with Kassidy over two other companies, partly because his price was fair and partly because we liked the idea of supporting a smaller company vs. one of the bigger, established ones. And we were super happy with his work. He was on time, he worked hard, and the quality of his work is excellent. In fact I'm going to call him back to have him do our trim. And he was very responsive, returning calls promptly, etc. His estimate was right on in terms of time spent and amount. There were no extra or surprise charges. He's very professional, and a nice guy too, I really enjoyed meeting him and would recommend him to any of my friends who needed painting or staining.

Did power washing on agreed day and finished in about three hours. Volunteered to wash patio as long as they were there. Began taping and covering windows on date agreed. Began painting the following Monday and said he thought they'd be done by Wed., but it wasn't completed until Friday. Both Kassidy and his coworker, Freddy worked well and professionally while on the job. They also allowed me to pick a specific, highly rated paint, rather than the one they'd used to make their bid. I know this paint was more expensive, but they didn't change their price. This was appreciated. Over all a pretty good job, but I wish I'd included in the contract that the drainspouts be removed and painted away from the house and reinstalled. I can't blame them for not doing this, but it would have made for a more professional and better looking result. My only complaint is that he has a time management problem. They almost always started later than they said they would and on the day the doors were painted, this really affected our schedule. On the final after paying for the work I gave him a critique of what we did and did not like. He was very receptive and said he'd work hard to improve. I believe that he will.

Kassidy came in and gave me a quote. He went above and beyond the items quoted and used the best paint from Sherman Williams. I would use him again any time. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the results. The drywall work is outstanding and you can't even tell anything was repaired. Kassidy's experience of working with drywall showed in the results! He went out of his way to touch up other little areas that were outside the estimate of the project and didn't charge us extra. The quality of the paint job is fantastic and looks great! Kassidy is a hard working professional, got the job done quickly and was a pleasure to have in the house. We were comfortable having him here working without supervision. We have already hired him to do some more painting for us.

We initially received bids to complete the drywall work in our basement from 3 different drywall companies. The company that we initially selected was not Puget Paint and Drywall. This decision was based on price and scheduling availability. The company that was initially selected fell very short on expectations and we placed a call to Puget Paint in Drywall to complete the work. They made room in their schedule by working well into the evening to finish the job quickly so that we could reclaim our downstairs living area. They did great work and went above and beyond the scope of the job by repairing/improving the existing drywall work that had been done in the hallway (very obviously a DIY job by the previous homeowner) for no additional cost. Our downstairs looks brand new! We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Puget Paint and Drywall.

They were very prompt and did an excellent job with painting and cleanup! very reliable. Job was done ahead of schedule.

Kassidy and Eduardo were exemplary in many ways, starting with the pressure washing. For no extra charge, they pressure-washed the roof and deck. This was followed by exterior painting, both trim and body of the house. It is cedar shake, and has been painted a number of times previously. Some of the windows are old/wood, and needed to be to be caulked - which was done well. There were several problems, however, which resulted in our "B" ratings in several items. 1. They painted several windows shut. We had to break the "seal," and sand and repaint. 2) They did not take adequate care in assessing several of the old, wooden windows, and simply painted over some bad spots. Bubbles appeared within days. We had to sand, recaulk, reprime and repaint. 3) The last job was the doors, and on one of them, the paint was applied poorly - there were some ripples left in the paint. We wish to underscore that we would use them again. Their estimate was great, and Kassidy took more time than any of the other companies in discussing, in detail, exactly what we wanted. And the house looks beautiful. The work we did to fix the small errors took an afternoon - yes, that we could have spent otherwise. But it was small stuff - and next time, we'll just have a sit-down and ensure that the details are well attended to.

Overall everything went exceptionally well. They were very polite, worked really hard and were easy to communicate with. There was one little glitch related to communication/understanding around the level of sheen for the house, but that was easily remedied.

They arrived about 8:30am Monday and thereafter started promptly at 8:00am every morning and worked all day (no running off to other projects). They finished the job about 8:30pm on Friday. Kassidy and Eduardo were very polite and professional. They did not try to add to the original estimate, which was very competitive. My neighbor, who is considering having his house painted, admired their work and asked for their business card. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
