We needed a remodel for a condo that we wanted on the market within a month. R&R Services went in to do a kitchen remodel - they installed granite countertops, new fixtures, a new sink and dishwasher, a range-hood and vented it, new tile, and enlarged the door. In addition they refinished the hardwood floors, replaced the electrical panel, re-tiled the bathroom, and painted the interior. They did a great job and the place sold within the first two weeks of being on the market!

Rod removed and disposed my large bathroom mirror that was glued to the wall. He did this for one-third the cost of his competitors. He was very punctual and was able to do the work the same day that I requested it. Not only did he remove my mirror, but he also gave me valuable tips for my upcoming countertop installation. He is definitely a handyman that I will use in the future.

We had a house that was about to be listed for sale and it needed some revamping. Rod and his team did an excellent job remodeling the kitchen and replacing the roof. Because of his remarkable work we were able to list the home in no time and it sold within the first 30 days that the house was on the market! The quality of Rod's work is obvious in all the extra details and finishing touches that really add that extra something to a house!

We recently moved our office to a new location and we used R&R Service to do all of the remodel work. The space that we are using was essentially empty until Rod started to construct. We needed to create an office and a conference room as well as an extra work area. As for the rest of the office, Rod built a kitchenette that is the perfect size for our office. With the scope of work that needed to be done R&R Services Inc was very efficient and we still go to them whenever we need little additions, like the beautiful front desk that Rod built for us!

We had a serious plumbing issue at a house that completely flooded the basement. Rod and his team came to the rescue and replaced the sheetrock, installed new Pergo flooring and linoleum, and repainted the whole basement. After he was finished, the basement looked better than it ever had!

R&R Services Inc completed a remodel in the garage and turned it into a studio apartment! The remodel involved complete renovation of the garage to make it into a comfortable living space and Rod and his team did an excellent job. We have used R&R services for many projects and they have always been consistent in all of their work. They are dedicated to the project they have and understand the importance of good communication with clients to make sure they are doing a great job! The studio turned out exactly the way we wanted it to and we would recommend R&R services for any renovation project.

We were listing a home in Ballard and it needed some repairs before going on the market. R&R Services Inc put in new light fixtures, new windows, and new sheetrock. They put in new paint, fixed the drain, and did the landscaping. They were professional and efficient throughout the whole process! The home looked so great that it sold within the first six hours of being on the market!

Jeremy did a quick consultation in the house and looked at the old leftover paint in the garage. He was very accommodating with our timeline, schedule, and budget. He sent over 2 crew members to work on the house for 4 days. The painters did a wonderful job on taping, protecting the baseboards and fixtures. The quality of their painting is great. No bleeding anywhere. Very straight lines. They fixed all of the nail poppers in the house. The walls look like brand new now. The crew cleaned and vacuumed up the coverings and dust after they were done. I am very happy with the results. Jeremy and his crew are great professional painters.

Estimate was done super quick after phone call. After hiring for the job, the men came out and started right away. The power washing was very thorough and the guys did a great job on driveway and walk as well. They spent the rest of the week priming and painting. They worked so hard for us and spent some very long days to get the job done prior to the rainy season kickoff. Your painters were very courteous, hard working, and kind. The house looks great and they really did a nice job on the details and trim. I would highly recommend to anyone!! Thanks Jeremy, the neighbors all gave us rave reviews for how nice the house looks!

Pressure washing - he went over and above by washing the patio and entry way and drive. Painting - was done ahead of schedule, two colors, not a corner missed. Lines were clean and coverage was excellent. Clean up afterwards was perfect. I could not have asked for a better job.

Jeremy and Ray did an excellent job! I was very concerned they might get paint on body of the home or the deck and glass railing. They did just a wonderful job of taping and masking. Also, we have many trees and plants. They didn't damage anything. We asked them to come back for a second job. Our front stairs were in need of painting and we had a railing board that was rotted. Again, they did a super job. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I got a total of five quotes from different companies before I decided on Seattle Paint and Design. We had our summer BBQ two days after the stairs were painted. Our guests were so impressed by everything and I'm referring one guest to Jeremy as a result!

Jeremy was extremely responsive when I called to ask for an estimate. He showed up on time and quickly provided the best offer. He was very easy to communicate with. He was also on time for the initial appointment to help me pick colors and review the work before starting. He even brought his wife to help me with my choices! His team showed up on time for the job and did a really nice job - no paint anywhere it was not supposed to be. They left the house spotlessly clean and met our key deadline of completion before our movers arrived with our stuff. The owner, Jeremy, was quick to respond to my email request about setting up a time to bid on the house. He arrived on the day and time he said. As I was home, I was able to walk around with him as he noted what should and could be done. I was very pleased that he asked if I wanted to the front door painted, I did but did not think to ask him to do that. And he also offered to paint the railing in the front (a job I do myself, but hate doing!). That alone, made me decide use Seattle Paint and Design. Jeremy set up a time to do a pressure wash of the house and apply some paint samples that I had chosen to make sure I like the color. Again, I was pleased and surprised that not only did he pressure wash the siding but also the exterior of my gutters that badly needed to cleaned. Once the everything was clean, the paint samples were applied. We made a loose date for him to begin the actual paint job the following week as the weather promised to be sunny. The paint job began on the promised sunny day. I know I was lucky to have had a sunny week for the paint job to be done. It was completed in 4 days. The work done was beyond my expectations. I had my house painted 9 years ago. The father and son team that did that work were excellent but did not take care to protect my landscaping. This did not happen with Jeremy's team. All my plants are in still in excellent shape. I appreciated his crew asking questions. They were extremely polite and considerate. As it happened, I was at home for the entire project, so I was able to watch the progress hourly. Jeremy was also very considerate and was on site for some of the work. My neighbors are impressed with the work. In fact I know he was asked to bid on at lest one house across the street from me. Again, I am very happy.

MUST READ: Like many of you who are considering painters are qualifying them on key criteria. Top on the list is VALUE and QUALITY and these should not be mutually exclusive. Seattle Paint and Design was superior in every category, their commitment to excellence and professionalism to do the job right was amazing. They found things that I didn't find earlier and let me know then simply fixed it w/ no additional charge. They required little to no supervision, knew exactly what to do, took their time and delivered exceptional results. Secondly, the value to the work done was by far the best amongst any bid or previous work done. You don't have to pay top dollar for excellent results, you simply need to find folks like Jeremy & co. I would use these folks again, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent job - 3 men came out and spent 4-6 hours doing the above. Tarps on my wood flooring to protect, my driveway didn't have one spot of stain on it - the company was very professional and did a great job. On time, and completed with excellence.

Jeremy and his team were very professional, prompt, and courteous. They worked until late in the evening knowing that we were trying to get the project done as soon as possible. He even did a last minute paint change in one room when we found out we were expecting our first child, and needed a more "nursery" appropriate color. His team also always had smiles for us when we came to check on the progress. The estimated price is $1000. He has been very helpful, on time and prompt. He was pretty quick between the time when I talked to him and the time that he did the estimate and that was helpful. He seems to be good. The bid had a good amount of detail on it and he seems professional and easy to work with. My phone conversation with him was straightforward and he is referring me to someone for other work that he doesn’t do. My overall experience has been good so far and his professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality has been good so far. I think I emailed three companies and he was the only person to get back to me. He has been good so far. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

we used the services of Lanie's personalized painting. She was recommended by a collegue and did a very good job. Her price was reasonable.

. The fellow was very competent, and courteous. The quote was too high but the personnel were just fine and very knowledgeable. They were very well qualified. Their appearance and demeanour were great. But we decided to do it ourselves. I would consider them to provide me with a quote in the future.
