+ -1 moreChris has a lot of all around knowledge. During flooring installation in kitchen, utility room and bath he removed and replaced appliances and plumbing. He also framed up a new wall and doorway and put in drywall and finished it. Very happy with the finished job. He was always on time, clean and didn't leave any mess. My house is old and out of square and he made things work.

His communication was awsome. He never left me hanging for a minute. He was very clean all through the job. He was quiet as possible. So much so my neighbors were impressed. I highly recommend them. + 1 moreChris always meets his commitments. I would definitely contact Chris for anything that we need done around our place. We are planning to do a bathroom remodle sometime in the future and Chris will be the one we trust to do that task
Description of Work: We have a large 2 story house that needed to be painted a few years ago. We needed some siding replaced and cedar shingles aa well. He did a great job. He is very meticulous and professional. He also replaced siding on my mother in laws house. Some boards had rotted. You couldn't tell which boards he replaced. I recently was told my chimney needed new flashing around it. Chris came out with the material to do the job but didn't think it needed to be replaced just yet. We will take another look at it next year. I referred him to a friend of mine for a exterior home paint job. My friend was also very impressed with the work Chris performed. He is a very honest and a hard working person.

We were very happy with the work!!! All work was completed in the time that was stated. Was on time each day to start working.( A major plus in my book) I will be having Restoration Solutions doing more work for us in the future. I have highly recommend Restoration Solutions to our friends and family

Description of Work: tuckpointing on chimney, roofing repair, drywall (had extensive water damage on walls and ceiling from a slow plumbing leak, required complete gutting of several wall sections to reach plumbing for repair, worked with our plumber closely), framing, and door repair, roof coating, interior painting, deck replacement.

+ -1 moreI used Restoration Solutions for several projects in my home which included raising the floor of my sunken living room, interior paint, installation of baseboards, bathroom remodel/ shower/vanity installation, demo/ installation of a closet plus handyman services at another location. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Tasks were performed in a timely manner, he provided an estimate of the costs upfront, he showed up on time and when he said he would and was respectful of my property. I would definitely use Restoration Solutions again for projects in my home.

We had an unforseen issue with timing on our end and Chris worked hard to get us into his schedule as soon as he could. He has become our “go to guy” for all manner of home renovations and repairs, from painting to lighting installations to fence building. Chris is always on time, keeps to his promised schedule and takes pains to protect the work area. Chris’s work is impeccable. We already have two additional jobs lined up with Chris. We would not consider calling someone else when we have a project that needs to be done. Chris is also a gentleman we enjoy having in our home.
