He was good. He is old school. He does it himself. He doesn't hire young kids that don't know anything. He is professional. I had a good experience. He fixed the job. The price scared me a little bit, but I guess that's what the going rate is. I don't know; I never had a leak like that for forty years in my plumbing system in copper. I bought the house in 1979, and things have gone up since 1979. So maybe the price is right. Everything he did was good. I would definitely highly recommend him to anybody that has a plumbing pipe problem. I don't know what he does for toilets and other kinds of water systems. But I definitely was impressed with the kind of work he did on my place. It worked good.

We had our house repiped last year by NW Plumbing. There was one small section of old copper piping that was overlooked as it went from the main water shutoff in a closet to the front hose bib; it failed while we were on vacation. I called NW plumbing and Dan, came out to fix the leak right away, dry it out, and survey the damage. He developed a plan and got one of his crew out to do the repairs. Everything went great, there was no cost to us, and they made everything right. Dan was very professional and in the beginning stated he would make it right. There was no argument.

They delayed the start date a week. They completed the job in one day which was good, but the job its self looks crazy shoddy and they did not clean up anything. This was done in the basement where people are currently living and there is dust, wood chips, plaster and duct tape everywhere. I know contractors make a mess....but this is disrespectful.
