I would never recommend Lucas Construction to any friends or family members. We brought Lucas on in order to pour our garage floor slab and the overall product is fine. The issues with our experience mainly deal with the customer experience and overall project satisfaction. Our family will be filing a report with the BBB for our project to ensure future potential clients are aware of what they are getting themselves into. We had several items of our project that were written into the estimate that were never performed. Work was not completed and when we tried to reach out to Lucas for a review and photo documentation to provide we were told that they are the experts and basically attempted to change the subject. The project team did ok with the overall installation process. They were on time and things seem to run smoothly. I work in the electrical construction world and am very aware how contracts and proposals are to work. I had to reach out to Lucas several times in order to just get a simple invoice for the work completed. I sent several mails just to attempt to pay the deposit. We now have a complete project with several giant cracks running through our floor, garbage and dump runs, and costs I as the customer had to take care of myself, and an overall horrible communication experience with this team. I hope that Lucas Construction can review their business practices in terms of customer service and performing work they push to charge the customers for. Work not completed should not be a cost to the customer.

Highly experienced crew that was organized and very efficient. They work fast and know what they're doing, They finished a driveway, front walkway and a gravel pad in one day and pulled forms and tidied up the next morning. Two others in my neighborhood used them, I think their work sells itself.

contacted 7 contractors. 3 came out and gave me bids. John at Lucas construction came in a little over the middle. John was the most receptive to my concerns. Moses came out and started the ground work. They removed about 20yrds of mud and gravel. Moses used the extra gravel to level my side yard. He then dug a 60' drainage ditch for me at no charge. Next Moses and the crew came back with a lazer and formed up the driveway. When the weather cleared they came back around 6:30am to lay out the rebar and address some other concerns. at 9:00 they started the pour and didnt stop untill 5:00. This was an amazing production to watch. The stamped border and accent lines came out way better than I expected. When the crew came back to remove the form boards Moses used a mini skidsteer to push up the outside edges. These guys worked so well together I highly recomend Lucas Construction LLC. As an architect I have excellent to not very good work. Lucas construction was excellent to work with, trie hard to accomplish spur of the moment changes.

The crew were prompt and professional in their service. We hired them to pour concrete on our entire backyard and they exceeded our expectations. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They also offer veterans discount which is nice especially now that everything is expensive. I would definitely recommend and hire them again if ever I need concrete work done.
